I am a hard working easy going drame free slightly sarcastic funny affectionate woman looking for a hard working easy going drama free slightly sarcastic funny affectionate man. Here's the stats: Divorced, two kids. 20 year old son lives with me full time. He works full time, goes to school, just got a part time job, so I see him about five minutes a week. Know he has been home when the fridge is empty and the laundry basket is full. 17 year daughter in H.S, goes back and forth between me and their father. Have her one or two nights a week and every other weekend. In between that, looking for someone who is in a similar place, enjoys some of the same things I do, and is looking for a relationship that can grow and mature into a future. Some of my "things" In the winter: football (yes patriots)...coctails by the fire..bowling.. Not a huge fan of outdoor winter activities but wouldn't rule out something fun just because its cold. In my alone time I like to go to the gym (early in the am, that's when all the old people go and I can kick their asses on the elliptical)..reading...reality TV shows that I wouldn't want anyone else to know I watch. So..if any of this sounds interesting give me a shout..at the very least you'll make a cool new friend! (oh and I picked "humanist" as the one word that describes my personailty. not sure why. I wish they had a choice that just said "normal" lol Happy hour is usually a pretty good first meeting..and if that goes well, open to anything for a second!

I was on line about a year ago and when my subscription ran out I let it lapse. I figured I would go back out on my own. I have to admit it helped me meet people. As much as I plan to "get out there" it doesn't always work out. We all want to find the someone and it's hard so I guess the best plan is put more than one plan into action and see what happens. I’m optimistic that I’ll soon be seated across the table from my new guy as we begin the discovery process to see how compatible we are. My job, friends and family keep me busy, but there is definitely time for rest, relaxation and partaking in various activities with someone special. I am really active and enjoy the outdoors. In the winter i love to ski. When I'm in town I love NYC for the diversity. You can do anything from hanging out in one of the awesome parks to finding a casual bar/pub to listen to great music or watch the game to museums and theatre. Need i mention the restaurant options? Let’s see if we click. To know if we fit we will have to meet face to face. E-mailing and chatting are ice breakers, but we need to meet to see about chemistry. If you can be playful, enjoy life, laugh at yourself (and me when i deserve it), and have a great mind and an adventurous spirit, then you are a great catch. I appreciate humility, kindness and concern for others. I am hard working, healthy, honest, caring, dynamic and very dependable. I have a good life but I know it will be better when I find someone to share it with. Meet for drink and if it goes well continue the evening
