About Me

I enjoy nature and being in the great outdoors. Floating down a lazy river on a raft or skiing down a slope. This has not been something I have been able to do to much as of late as I am a single mother but my son is now in college so I can enjoy those things again.When dating, I look for someone I can share wild times along with quiet times. someone I can talk to for hours and sit in silence with. The person I end up with can't be a neat freak but must like to be neat. I am very easy-going about things and always end up calming people down. I want someone who knows how to handle stress and can be there when I need them. (I don't tend to need a shoulder to lean on often but when I do it is nice to have) I am an open-book and everyone knows my life story and I don't have a problem with that. Not many secrets in my life. My friends and family are very important to me, I will never stop being there for someone that I call my friend--sometimes giving too much of myself but that is okay by me. A comment I get is that I am always smiling-life is too short to allow a frown to weazel it's way in. Glass half-full person!!!!!!I am looking for the love of my life and am having fun trying to find him......My interests range from camping in the middle of the woods to dancing and hanging out in the south side. Basically, I can have fun as long as I like who I am with. I love to sit on my porch swing during a rainy day, I am addicted to Law & Order-could watch it 24 hrs a day. Italian food rocks! Music has no boundaries-I like almost anything. Skiing, hiking, canoeing...then warming up by acampfire-awesome! I am a Christian and am looking for someone that shares my faith. My church is important to me and I am very active as a youth leader. coffee is always great... Dave & Busters, drinks....anything that allows enough quiet to talk and get to know each other.
