Thanks for viewing my profile. I am woman who enjoys the simple things in life.....nature, laughter, good food, family and adventure. I have 2 wonderful children who spend half their time with me. I am a very active and I love anything involving nature and the outdoors. In my free time you will find me road biking, hiking, yoga, walking, swimming. I also really enjoy Mountain Climbing and skiing out west. I like to try new things and appreciate a good adventure. I also like to get dressed up every now and again. Taking a variety of vacations is important to me. I feel that is where memories are made and unexpected things happen which is always a good thing. I am a positive happy person for the most part and try to look at the bright side. I'm looking for the same in my partner. Life has it's trials and tribulations, but it's how we choose to respond that makes all the difference. My health is very important so I try to eat right, exercise and keep the stress level to a minimum and live a holistic lifestyle. Oh, and I love to cook and garden. I'd like to find a partner who has similar interests and desires a deep connection. I would like to find a partner to enjoy life with who has a positive attitude, who is curious about life and wants to continue to grow in live and love. I look forward to hearing from you!Make it a great day! Conversation with beverage of choice or perhaps a walk in a park.

I am really looking for that person I dont want to live without...not just someone I can live with. I am a little nervous when first meeting someone although most people that know me would not belive that about me. I work hard, exercise when I can, eat pretty good, and like to enjoy life as much as possible. Im pretty outgoing and am pretty well liked by most people I meet. I stay busy alot but can find time for the right person when the time is right. I have met a few people on here but without any luck...some were very nice, just not for me. Some were not so nice and have hangups I couldnt deal with. If you are a fun, loving, happy, secure, handsome, considerate TALL, man.....I would like to hear from you. Good luck on your search!! On the first date I think its important to have an opportunity to talk and get to know each other a little. I think we can all tell right away if a person is what we are interested in. How about dinner in a quiet Italian restaurant for starters?

I believe the real world is outside but here goes...Running is my passion but there's so much more for sharing. You’ll be fit and active and great if we do some of the same things but I’m not looking for a training partner so much as someone to partner time with after the workout is done.It would be great to have someone to share experiences and journey along with: road trips, movies out, quiet nights in, documentaries, silly quizzes, creating something in the kitchen that’s good mostly because there are two of us. It takes time to build something really strong but the work should be fun from the start.By "someone", I mean someone who is living a healthy lifestyle; kind and respectful, not just of people but of all our valued resources; educated (university or self) and definitely smart enough that it shines in a sense of humour and ability to take care of oneself. Someone who enjoys exploring a busy city as much as the serenity of the outdoors. A best friend to share mutual respect and support, and of course great chemistry.Friends say I'm a bit hard to get to know but well worth the wait. I enjoy conversation and coffee so Starbucks can feel like home. When I'm not out with friends, running, or cycling, I'm apt to be enjoying some quiet time on my own reading or just listening to music. I recently added an adorable little rescue dog to my single girl condo lifestyle so much of my quiet time is now with leash in hand. It’s making me wonder if there’s a country girl inside the proclaimed urbanite.I’ I have a spiritual side that looks for the meaning or at least for the lesson of things so I can be quite serious at times but certainly not without a sense of humour either. I enjoy (need) my downtime but am conversationally stimulated by things cerebral, and exploring (or finding humour in) the human condition. I live well, work hard, and train harder, but know how to spend a lazy afternoon and eat a burger too. It's my definition of balance. Open to hearing about yours.Should we consider taking this outside?
