I was a newspaper girl 100papers in highschool-got babysitting jobs from newspaper deliveries-- used the money to pay for 10thGrade Trip to Germany! Also I was raised on FOOTBALL & BASEBALL & love watching the playoffs! I love the Outdoors & the Ocean.Sorry for the novel, YES I majored in English Lit! Guess I'm just a Jack-Of-All-Trades. I can pick up most tasks easily & be very professional about it. My airline pilot/mechanic EX kept me moving around due to 3 AIRLINE MERGERS & 4 CROSS-COUNTRY MOVES & with all my Airline Ground Ops various jobs-;YANKEE" from the Civil War, WHAT?? Lol Duh, that was over 4 Wars ago-Get Over It! Besides someday we will all be floating out in SPACE! We are all HUMANS from the planet EARTH & should treat eachother equally & respectfully-core values I also gave my teens! I LOVE good movies, but too hard to talk there. So just a casual coffee, lunch or dessert date. I'm a no frills, low maint girl--Wash&Wear like a guy Lol. Just want to Chill-lax & RELAX with someone.FOR THE FITNESS QUESTIONS***I exercise 10min everyday, or at least 3x a week MonWedFri. Try my EASY quick Ballet/Yoga training invention, DONT need a gym! Fitness10minFAST&Furious***&4&2minute Fast&Hard workouts at HOME or on your FLOOR! Its 4min100ArmCurls&LegWeightsOnBedCorner, 4min200SimutaneousAbsOnFloor, & finish with 2minStretchSplits&ToeTouch ToCoolDown&Loosen! QuickShowerWash&Wear. Poof--All Stretchy&Strong! Exercise should be Quick & EASY & makes a person feel SO much better & releases stress. Do Fast&Furious b4 your morning shower, then you're METABOLISM is burning all day! Or at least do 2min stretch b4 shower, every other day to your FAVORITE CD. Start slow on the FLOOR infront of the TV & REACH for your toes to STRETCH the hamstrings. Then you will be rubberband stretchy & ELASTIC too!NUTRITION***STARTS in the grocery store, READ the Lables. CHOOSE LOWFAT first, LowSugar/LowSodium/HighProtein. If you DONT have FAT food in the house, you CANT eat it! Give your body HARD CRUNCH foods to kep your INSIDES exercising & BURNING metabolism all day, like apples/pears/carrots/celery-HARD/HighFiberFruits/Veggies & LOWFAT snacks like pretzels & cereal to snack on *** high FAT chips! STARVING yourself SLOWS the metabolism & DEFEATS the purpose of FITNESS. Dont deprive yourself completely. Light grazing all day is better. Everything in Moderation.LASTLY***MOST people make their workout routine TOO hard, or pay for a gym & then NEVER do it & never go. The days turn into weeks & months & then suddenly you are all out of shape. If you cant do 10min before AM shower everyday, then try at least Mon Wed Fri! Doing it before work has the metabolism BURNING ALL DAY! Also run up STAIRS at work & DONT use elevators, use the 3RD FLOOR restroom, etc,-FREE exercise, seriously! Make it EASY at home & work, start simple! Then U will be 4ever FIT!

Hi. I'm a quiet introspective person who enjoys reading, movies, plays and trips to the city. However, I do enjoy hanging out with friends and family, and am not a wallflower. I enjoy flea markets, festivals (especially balloon festivals) and craft shows. I like cooking and baking, especially for the holidays. I live close to the boardwalk, and love both the quiet of early morning walks and the noisy amusement aspect at night (the lights, the smells, the sounds of kids screaming on rides!). I'm all across the map when it comes to both books and music. I love any and all kinds and can't see how people can only listen to one type of music. I'm currently converting all my cds onto my ipod (quite the undertaking). I love reading, writing and talking books (any clue that I was an English major in college?) I even started volunteering as a home bound delivery person through my library, delivering books to house bound individuals. My goals...live a good life, with integrity, honesty, and hopefully with a love like my parents have (over 50 years together). First date would depend on season...Winter - someplace warm and cozy, preferably with a nice roaring fire. Spring - I'll take a benadryl, but after a long, cold winter and I'm ready to go anywhere outside...can be as simple as a trip to a park or the zoo, or a picnic lunch and canoeing. Summer...a stroll on the boardwalk with a couple drinks somewhere looking out at the water. Maybe be impressed by your fine skeeball skills! Then a walk down on the beach. It might start getting chilly and you'll share your sweatshirt. Fall...endless possibilities - Don't get me wrong. I love the romance of fine dining and candlelight, but why not save that till we really know each other. Start small and get to know each other.
