I am a single mother of 2 wonderful children. My daughter is 19 and my son is 17. I have been a single parent since i was pregnant with my son and therefore have been doing it on my own ever since. Now that my kids are of an age that they are independent, it was time for me. I joined a gym and hired a trainer. I try to workout as often possible. I feel better than ever.
