At the moment, I am putting a lot of time into progressing my career in the HR field, specifically recruiting. I'm very interested in becoming an independent recruiter in about 3 years. I've been in two long term relationships and although not in those any longer, I strive to maintain a good balance between my Exs, their families and myself for the sake of our children.Now, I'm trying to fit some "me time" in to this crazy thing they call life...I have so much to be grateful for and my free time is limited but wouldn't mind sharing it with someone special that might have the same crazy life style that I have...I'm not high maintenance nor do I demand a lot of time but I do demand respect!! I'm not down for games or any drama so if you're carrying any of that with you or if you happen to be married or have a steady girlfriend and you're looking for a fling, save both of us the time and move along to someone else. Bring on ***!! Coffee in a quiet shop somewhere so we can chat & get to know each other before a real first date....better this way in case we don't hit it off....saves the awkwardness of a dinner with someone you don't really want to spend time with :) Can you tell I've done this a few times before????

Most important thing to know is I am an independent woman and a lot of men can't take that so if you are one of those men by all means keep on going on with your search. I am not a smoker and am not looking for someone that is. I drink from time to time and not looking for someone who's time to time is everyday. My heart is big and having the finer things in life is not what I am about unless you happen to be a fine man. I am sweet and sassy and I speak my mind again a lot of men don't like that (they say they do till I am direct with them) having the 3 S's (sweet, sassy and speaking my mind) comes with being independent in all aspects of life and all that that implies. I am private and would prefer to stay that way NOT because I am on here looking and involved but because I am again not one who feels the world needs to know my business. AND IF YOU ARE INVOLVED IN ANY WAY WITH ANOTHER DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MINE. I DON'T MESS WITH WHAT DOES NOT BELONG TO ME BUT DOES TO SOMEONE ELSE.I enjoy comedy, action movies, reading and of course FOOTBALL NFL not much into college games but will watch them with someone that is. I don't do bars and again not looking for someone that does unless we are there having dinner. But a JOB is a MUST.... I am sure I sound direct that is because I am yet at the same time my heart is wide open but I will proceed with caution as I have been burnt on this site once already. One important thing to know about me is that I work with individuals with special needs and have done so for 15 years and in my eyes and years of experience one has to be a good person to be able to face that challenge on a daily basis but I would not change my career for anything. I love what I do.Last but not least by any means, COMMUNICATION is HUGE with me and I don't mean by texting a conversation, if you have to text me more then 3x's then a phone call is appreciated. Hard to say until I hear your voice and we have talked then I think WE should plan how we will meet for the first time together...

Yes I know it's cliche now, but very true for me. Im a dog person thru and thru lol. If you enjoy classic rock and country music that would be a big plus too. I like spending my off time with family and friends just hanging out. Doesn't matter if it's at the local pub or around a nice fire. I enjoy being outside and particularly being around lakes and rivers. Love riding 4 wheelers and jet ski. Riding a snowmobile is on my bucket list lol! Darts, bowling, poker, pool I enjoy them all. Please note I did not say I was good at any of them lol!! Just enjoy the games. Dinner, movies, flea markets, concerts, the Zoo, a park are all good things too. I'm an optimistic person who likes to laugh and have a good time. Lifes too short, enjoy every day like it might be the last and remember to laugh at yourself too. I'm pretty laid back but can be too honest sometime, so make sure you want to know the answer before you ask the question. I do have a creative side and like to read, write short stories and paint for my own pleasure. Meet at a nice Mexican restaurant. Have a margarita or two and some dinner and talk and get to know each other. I enjoy trading stories like your proudest moment, your most embarrassing moment, etc.
