About Me

A great night to me would be relaxing with a glass of wine, sitting out on the patio or in front of the fire and enjoying the company of that special person in my life. I love to spend quality time with those around me. I don't watch much TV. and I am definitely not into the "couch potato scene." I also enjoy doing family stuff, going out for a date night or having a friend or a few over for a casual get together. I am close to my family, I have great friends and a stable career. I like doing girly things, but I also don't mind getting in the mud once in a while. I love to learn and grow as a person and I spend time in efforts to improve myself and my life. I am affectionate and have a big heart. I love kids and animals. I am a positive person and surround myself with positive people. I tend to expect and look for the good in people. I don't take myself too seriously and I like to have fun! I can be a real goofball at times and I love being with people I can totally be myself around. I picture my guy as someone I will admire because of the way he treats his family, friends and strangers. If he has kids, he is a good Dad and spends as much time as he can with them. He would consider himself "old school." He is comfortable in a formal setting, but doesn't use words like "delightful." I will adore him because he isnt afraid to admit his own shortcomings, will sit on the same side of the booth, puts the toilet seat down and he only has eyes for me. When I am with him I want to feel like we are the only two people on earth, laugh so hard my cheeks hurt and can't wait to see him again. I want to know that he is proud of me and always sees the good in me even when I am not at my best.Oh and extra points if you can cook and fix stuff :)

    Happy it is summer! I work in a lab, so by the end of the day/week I'm ready to get outside. It is just more fun when it isn't 30 degrees out! I thought I'd like to go camping, but decided that it'd be better to do a day hike than pack up everything and have to unpack it later. I tried rock climbing, fun but scary!I would like to meet someone and slowly build a relationship. I would like it to be simple.But it nevef is, just isn't as uncomplicated as it used to be, so I think it is important to be tolerant and supportive of whatever your sig. other is dealing with. The best way to do that is to move slowly. I say that but when you meet someone you click with it has a way of heating up fast. I love nature, gardening, concerts, theater, the drive-in, animals, fishing, camping, festivals, movies-in, grilling, sports ( those I can play as well as spectator sports... except car racing! I hate folding laundry. I love the ppffsh sound my bus makes when I pull my brake. I miss my mom and give thanks everyday I still have my dad!!! I can't work 40% of my phone's features & 90% of my computer's. I recently discovered chocolate red wine; chocolate & wine combined, nuff said! The genius who invented the flat-iron for hair is my hero:) Depends on the season.
