There's guys who are still married, still living with their spouses that aren't telling their spouses that they are already shopping for new and improved models. Its sad. I really am at a loss here and don't know where to start with this process. I guess I really want to advise men not to think of this process as an interview. Sharing means you talk. Then you listen.
