I work hard and I exercise as often as I can, I am pretty careful about what I eat but just like many middle aged people I battle with some excess weight. I have been told that I am very sweet and I am a good cook, I enjoy doing nice things for the people I care about. Coffee or a drink fallowed by a walk if its going well, I find it a really nice way to get to know somebody.
