I changed my headline because I hadnt had any interest in weeks... I am a very hard working and dedicated career woman. Have been a physical therapist for many years. Help manage a clinic in a north western suburb. Own my own home, have a german shepard dog. No children of my own. Love sports, football and basketball my fav. I am athletic, like to work out. Into trying new things so as long it as it isnt too risky. Not an adreneline junkie. I have white watered rafted, hang glided, zip lined, hiking . Deep fish? Yep did that too. Like wine. Very much a food geek. Hobbie of mine is cooking. My favorite is italian , cajun, latino. Not big into watching TV. Not a couch potato. Mainly a bicyclist in the spring and summer. My taste in music is very wide spread. You have to enjoy all kinds with me. Like rock, jazz, blues. Recently getting into country. They are romantic hunks. Love to dance, act silly. I can dress down , dont mind getting dirty,or dress up for an evening out. Like to spend time together that isnt anything fancy, simple, is relaxing and enjoyable. Im rather independent, funny, serious, speak my mind, loving, emotional, a softy, energetic, organize ,clean freak, early riser, not a late night person, helpful to others, enjoy kids . Love being a part of their lives. Have many friends who have kids. Nice to be around them and be a kid myself. Believe a strong healthy relationship is all about communication, honesty, openness, caring , sharing,supporting, encouraging. Did I say communicate? I am not a mind reader and a pet peave of mine when I offer you to speak your mind and you do not. Relationships crumble when you cannot , will not.Men, you must like also to dress up . I know you can dress down but please no black socks with sandals. I am not a snob but I do like fine dining once in awhile. Remember I am a food geek. Also stay downtown for some fun...LOLPeople I know say I am dam funny, outgoing, strong minded, caring. Kid like at time. No worry I can be serious and act my age. I have manners but there are times you got to do what you got to do. Life is busy and so it is difficult to meet and develop a relationship if far from each other. Been there done that.     I love making someone laugh, southern bell at heart, I'm fun, sweet, simple, caring, outgoing with a side of fun sarcastic humor! (The Irish in me!!) I'm an emergency dispatcher with police/fire, have a crazy schedule, long hours. I do enjoy the outdoors for just about "all the above" love to see it snow with the exception of being out in the bitter cold! I do want to get back to traveling/vacationing again (always best when someones with you...don't ya think?) love nature/scenery, warmer climates, beaches, the sounds of the ocean or just driving somewhere locally or new for a short weekend trip.I have 2-sons 25 and 20 not living with me. I love dogs (or animals period) and have a 10yr old, 4- Be confident not arrogant, caring, have humor, fun sarcastic with a soft side and a touch of bad who knows what he wants, is up front and not afraid to ask or say what he means and definitely do what he says.. I hate to post this but.... If you cannot post recent "NOW" pics (within a year, not ***yrs ago) and correct age.. please don't bother!! Maybe you get the same pic/age games from other women... I'M DEFINITELY NOT OTHER WOMEN!What you see in both pics, and age are correct, and by all means... what I say about me in my profile, is what I mean so... I ASK THE SAME IN RETURN from you!! I would think people want to eventually meet... lets not have any surprises!! LOL Meet for a few drinks or eat, game of pool to see if there is a connection for a second go, if not it was great to meet you anyway!! I'm always up for adventure and surprises! Heck if its nice outside.. live music, go for a ride or a walk on the town, mini golf, horse back riding, I want to be able to talk and laugh with ya, and personally wouldn't think a movie for the first meet, as its kinda hard to get to know someone in a need to be quiet setting.

    I find it hard to describe myself. But I guess the most important thing to know is my family and friends are very important to me and I guard those relationships. I am honest and loyal and as my friends would say.... sometimes to a fault. I like to see the best in everyone and always sure the right decision will be made....not always the case. But won't give up on believing the best in people....just raised that way. Sure that has something to do with my beliefs and great parents. Yes "The Notebook" every woman’s dream. It’s the little things in a relationship like holding hands, a kiss on the cheek, a hug for no reason that will always mean more than any one big thing. Little pieces of romance everyday.I love a little banter here and there so you have to be able to hold your own...we are both sure to laugh. I have a very out going personality and quick wit...so if your shy and quiet don't think we will be a match. But hey….they say opposites attract. Not into golf but I have no problem racing the golf cart.....hey life is too short....race the darn cart!!!! Enjoy going to the gym and would love a work out partner.
