Kids are out of the house and I am so proud of who they are and am excited about who they will become. Where has the time gone? Humor, compassion, and strong family values are very important to me. I'm looking for my best friend. I am 48, smart, educated (the previous two are not necessarily the same thing in my experience ;-) curious, healthy and into travel, walking, good conversation, cooking and baking, good movies, and my family.; like art and design and good cinematography. I have been around the world a few times and I know who and what I am... I would like to meet someone who is similar in that regard.I am a very positive, upbeat, and optimistic person and have a difficult time with people who are perennially cranky or whiny.
