Woman. 48 years old. Zodiac sign: Capricorn.
Looking for: man. In age: 45-55
I am divorced 5 years with two children (son 13 and daughter ***that are the joy of my life. If I had to describe myself, I would say that I am intelligent, fun, caring almost to a fault, sensitive, romantic, artistic and with a bit of harmless sarcasm. I LOVE romance. I have integrity, character, passion for life, and I believe you should never sweat the small stuff. I'm definitely the one avoiding drama! On the physical appearance subject - I'm a tall 5'8" and I jokingly say I'm 6 feet with heels and hair! So to the the men that say they are 5'10" (and under) I may possibly end up taller than you when and if we meet! You have been warned! :) Hey -.. if you didn't like her then... there really is... Just. No. Hope! LOL! I am a blend of old fashioned values with my own style. My ideal date can range from watching a football game to a candlelight dinner with lots of laughter. A healthy dose of flirting is a requirement for all activities! ;) I have varied interests that range from horse back riding to sports enthusiast. I rode horses professionally all over the country for 25 years and loved it. I've learned to love watching football since my son started playing almost 7 years ago. I didn't know what I was missing! I've worked out my entire life, mainly due to my former profession, and I still carve out about an hour and a half everyday to run and workout--don't feel right if I don't do it. I enjoy the benefits of staying fit. I enjoy working in the yard, watching my son's sports activities and anything outdoors. My life is pretty normal and and I'm looking for someone to share it with. There is plenty of room for someone special. My daughter is 18 and in college on full scholarship. My son is 13 and plays just about every sport (FOOTBALL season is finally here AGAIN!) so I spend a lot of time in my lawn chair watching games/practices and I thoroughly enjoy it. I admit, I probably spend more of the game talking than watching (except, of course, when my son is playing) And for you football fanatics, my son is a starter both sides full back and linebacker. I am looking for someone that appreciates and notices the little things that make a difference in a friendship first, then maybe more. I'm quite romantic and affectionate and am looking for the same. I'd like to meet a genuine, honest, fun person who will let me be a "real woman" because I sooo love being a girl. I am also very independent and am not looking for a relationship to define my being. We both must have our own interests and hobbies while supporting the other in their interests. I know looks aren't everything (but they sure do help! LOL!***but it's how the other person makes you feel. The qualities that I find attractive in a man are honesty, integrity, self assurance, ability to laugh at themselves and being comfortable in their own skin. I respect someone that can be strong and choose the high road in any situation. He must have a strong moral compass and smell good too... (Just threw that one in there to wake you up) LOL! Basically I'm looking for someone who has their priorities in order and knows how to treat a lady. I want to find someone that carries on a conversation where we both ask each other questions ***sided conversations are just too much work! It's take two! When I find him or he spots me, he will be treated so very well and we will have so much FUN!!If you have similar interests and aren't afraid of an independent thinker that is compassionate, giving, affectionate and fun I'd love to hear from you. IMPORTANT SIDE NOTE: If you don't have a photo posted I won't respond- I like to see who I'm talking to. And to the 20-.. Just say no! Don't *** just saying. After an initial short meeting, I prefer a first date to be dinner at a more casual restaurant with a lighter atmosphere. The candle light dinner with soft lighting can wait... I'd like us to be able to talk and laugh and get to know each other with no pressure. This is where the healthy dose of flirting would come in handy. ;)

Woman. 49 years old. Zodiac sign: Aquarius.
Looking for: man. In age: 46-56
Okay, I don't understand what men want. I read countless profiles on here. A good 75% of the men here say that they are not looking for perfection, looks don't matter (it's what's INSIDE that's important), that they're looking for a friend first (sex later)........a SERIOUS relationship. What men actually seem to want............... Lets see........1. ***lbs, size 5, toned athletic body2. tanned 3. big hair4. perfect boobs (aftermarket of course)5. quiet (speaks when spoken to) 6. sex addict7. recent lottery winner (optional, but would definately rock) Me........1. 5' 6", ***lbs (been a bad year but I'm working on it.), not toned (sorry, I jiggle)2. 3. short (easy to maintain) hair4. have been told I have the boobs of a 16 year old. Not real big, but perky. (original equipment) 5. outspoken & opinionated (Sorry, the opposite end of the spectrum from quiet)6. really enjoy sex (but realize there's more to life)7. I do like to cook but no Paula Dean (I know she's not exactly p.c. but she's right about "The more butter, the better it tastes.") 8. I do make a respectable salary. (I want to win the Lotto, REALLY. just can't remember to play.)Okay, here's the deal. I would like to have fun with the rest of my life. Doing things I enjoy with someone that makes me laugh until I cry. I hate to show my age by quoting Popeye but "I am what I am". You're not going to meet any woman on here that's more REAL. I am 49 years old & I'm not going to waste anyone's time (including mine) pretending to be something I'm not. I'm not beautiful (never have been), not built like a brick s***house (never have been), don't always have the world's sunniest disposition (yes, I admit I've been a b**** occasionally (but since I left my ex, not very often). What I am is a good person, considerate, caring with an infinite capacity for love. I'm not perfect & I don't expect it from anyone else. We're all imperfect with the flaws & scars that we've collected along the way. They're what makes us who we are. Sh** happens & then you get up, dust yourself off and get on with your life.I've been told that I'm funny but then again, I've been told I'm not as funny as I think I am. I am a big animal lover (dogs & horses especially). I like to read, probably watch too much tv but have a few shows I don't like to miss (Walking Dead, Gray's, Modern Family, Big Bang). I'm still a little depressed about Breaking Bad & BTW I hate "reality tv". Farthest thing from reality since acid trips were big. I like some rap but weirdly only the white boys. Eminem, Limp Biscuit. I can't bang my head anymore but enjoy some Pantera or Metallica occasionally.; Luciano Pavarotti. I like live music of just about any kind. I love flea markets & thrift stores (love to find a good deal). Enjoy doing things like Art Walk. I love to fish & can actually bait my own hook (not too big on taking fish off the hook though but that's why God made men). I watch LSU & the Saints. One of the best times I ever had was at an LSU game. There are very few things that set me off, but liars, animal abusers & slow drivers in the fast lane will usually do it. I make decent money & take care of myself. Not looking for anyone to finance my lifestyle & not interested in supplementing anybody else's income. I have two grown children & two grandbabies who I see when I can.My perfect guy would be someone with similar interests who is hard working, kind, strong, honest, deserving of respect & willing to respect me. I love good conversation & a kick ass sense of humor makes up for a lot. Physically, I prefer big men (over 6' & big build) not too tubby, but a few extra pounds won't cross you off my list. I like bald (sexy) but hair won't eliminate you either. I firmly believe that there should be sparks & passion (even fireworks) between a man & woman, no matter how old you are and I could seriously spoil the right man. I am a strong woman with a strong personality, don't need a man to complete me but being single ain't all it's cracked up to be.P.S. I have the world's greatest dog. Still, a man would be great. (must be Bull Terrier friendly)****NOTE**** I am NOT looking for a hook up or sex chat, sexting or pornographic phone calls, so pass me by if that's your agenda. Meet for coffee, if we hit it off, great. We'll figure the rest out from there.
