I work for an agency that contracts to the state, while I love my job, it does involve dealing with crisis in the lives of others, there are time I have to answer the phone whenever it rings and my hours can be crazy at times. While some may see it as a downfall in a relationship, I see it as dedication to an important cause of keeping children safe. I love animals! I am in the process of studying for my National Counselors Exam to become a licensed counselor. Being a counselor is my dream career.I enjoy most kinds of music and love going to concerts. I also enjoy cooking/grilling, hanging out by the fire pit with good company. I enjoy watching most sports, my favorite being college and professional football. I am a divorced mom of a 14 yr old son who is my life..i have single handedly raised him and I consider him my greatest achievement...He's still alive and makes great grades in school and has all the potential to become whatever he chooses in this world...I aspire to teach him everything that he will need to survive in the "real world". I feel to many parents today do teach their kids the basics on how to survive...and they intend on supporting them when they leave for college... I don't have that luxury..lol...Spending time family and friends is a must for me cause with out either of them I wouldn't be where I am today...They rock!!!! Places that make me smile are the beach, love the atmosphere, not a big fan of the sand cause it tends to end up in places it doesn't belong and the water is just gross and I like to see whats under my feet before it bites or stings me..lol.
