About Me

I live a very quiet peaceful life, off the beaten path, with my 6 dogs and a few cats, and my sister and I share a place. I like my life this way....but something is missing...someone to walk through this life with. Life has been hard on my heart, so please don't think that you're going to impress me with sweet words and stupid pick up lines. I'm honest, loyal, and genuine...I expect the same of you. I want someone that isn't going to play games with something I don't...People's HEART. I don't throw the word love around, and I'm really not a mushy woman, yes I like affection and attention, but I don't want someone that is needy and clingy. I am down to earth, and I know what I want, and you need to know what you want as well. I'm too old to play games with kids no matter how old you are. Speaking of kids, they are okay, but they don't fit in my life, so please if you're interested in getting to know me and you have kids I would like if they were grown, I raised my sister and that was enough for me. I am a quiet, and shy person until I get to know you and then I start to open up. My sister thinks I'm funny, I don't though. I love to have deep conversations, not just what sports you're into or what you're favorite color is. I like to know what you want from life and what you're fears are. I can talk politics, religion, pretty much anything, but I don't want to have a one sided conversation...you must be able to talk as well. I am tattooed, I have 15, maybe more but most of them are not small pieces on both of my arms are pretty much covered, and eventually I will have complete sleeves.I love music, rock mostly but i also enjoy classic rock, alternative, pop and goth the most....and my favorite you might ask ? The man is brilliant, listen to his lyrics, he speaks nothing but the truth, but you might have to open your mind to understand that. I absolutely do not do country, it seriously makes my ears bleed.I am financially independent...no I'm not rich, no where close, but at the end of the day I have what I need and can provide for my pets. I also own my own car, and can put my own gas in it. I don't need anyone to support me, just as I want someone that doesn't need me to support them. I want your loyalty, support, and devotion. I can finance myself, and I expect you to be able to do the same.I enjoy short walks, dinners, movies, bowling, concerts, playing with my animals and just hanging out watching TV.I love watching crime shows CSI, Criminal Minds, Law & I am a TV junkie to a point. I love movies, romantic comedies, drama, action But Horror is my all time favorite.Don't expect to score on the first night, or even the first week. I don't f**k or have meaningless sex, I make love, if you can't deal with that pass me by. Also if you need porn to get off and forget you have me, I'm not for you either. You must be drug free and mostly alcohol free, I don’t drink often… maybe 3 times a year. You must be open minded and gay and lesbian friendly, my sister is openly gay. No couples, no one nighters, no porn addicts, I don't do 3somes or swingers. I am a very devoted, monogamous woman. I also don't want a man that wears women's clothes either. I would enjoy the chance to make a loving home with someone very special, A happy place that is warm and inviting. am looking for something serious and long term. I work hard to keep my relationships together and you must be willing to put in just as much work as I do.I don't want someone who is going to run when there's a little bit of trouble. Something simple, dinner and a walk. Coffee and pie...something and somewhere we could get to know each other. You can't do that at a bar, concert or movie.

    I am a divorced mom of a 14 yr old son who is my life..i have single handedly raised him and I consider him my greatest achievement...He's still alive and makes great grades in school and has all the potential to become whatever he chooses in this world...I aspire to teach him everything that he will need to survive in the "real world". I feel to many parents today do teach their kids the basics on how to survive...and they intend on supporting them when they leave for college... I don't have that luxury..lol...Spending time family and friends is a must for me cause with out either of them I wouldn't be where I am today...They rock!!!! Places that make me smile are the beach, love the atmosphere, not a big fan of the sand cause it tends to end up in places it doesn't belong and the water is just gross and I like to see whats under my feet before it bites or stings me..lol.
