About Me

I have been single for 3 years and haven't been in the dating world for quite some time. So I figured I can try this site out and see what happens I am a decent,honest, loving and caring woman and I would like to have a man to share my life with. I'm not into the bar scene!! So this makes it quite difficult to meet people. I'm tired of being alone and would like to have a man to go out with occasionally and see where it goes.I am not looking for a man to save me. I'd like to find someone that enjoys similar things and can introduce me to some new things. I'm always up for trying new things. I don't always want to go out,I also enjoy just relaxing at home watching a movie. I enjoy the outdoors. I like kayaking,I use to own 2 kayaks but unfortunately had to sell them 6 years ago. I like fishing, although I'm not very good at it. I also like going to the movies,or going to see live bands. One thing i have always liked no matter where I've lived is just getting in the car and going for long rides to no place in particular and if possible take back roads to get there.I'm pretty laid back and down to earth.I want to meet a man that is honest,not passive aggressive shows affection and likes to go out and enjoy life.I hate drama and playing games.. Also, I prefer not to date men with small children. All 3 of my kids are over 18 and I have heard horror stories from single friends that dated men with small children and ended up being part of major drama because of the ex-wife/girlfriend not wanting her kids around another woman.So if any of this sounds like someone you would like to meet, send me a message.Take Care First date,Go get coffee or go somewhere that we could talk and see if there is any chemistry.     I am at a point in my life where everything is flowing smoothly (knock on wood). My daughter is grown and married, my career is on track, and I am ready to meet someone new. I think the "scruffy" look can be very sexy but the mustache and/or beard are out for me...sorry guys. I think I have a great sense of humor - I love being sarcastic and I'm definitely not at all "politically correct." I can definitely dish it out as well as take it - life can be too stressful to not have fun, make the most of it, and laugh as much as possible!If I suddenly became wealthy - I would first take care of my family and set them each up with a mortgage free home and nice car. I would buy a cabin in the Smoky's and a home/condo on the beach. I'm pretty sure a hot car would fit in there somewhere too. I am really up for anything! The best situation would probably be something casual like grabbing a coffee or taking a walk to see if chemistry is there.
