I'm a positive and optimistic person. One of my favourite book quotes has the main character stating that for her the glass isn't half empty or half full. I felt a connection to that statement that has held true for many years. I love to read and explore new thoughts, concepts, and worlds through books. I like to take that joy of learning into my actual life. I challenge myself with learning new skills and trying out activities. (Nothing life threatening though. I won't be sky diving or bungee jumping.)I enjoy a variety of things from camping and sitting in front of a campfire to attending drama productions and jazz or classical concerts. Spending time with friends and family is important to me. I have a close relationship with my family and spend time with them.
