So, what would you like to know?? I am back in the dating world after a year hiatus. Over the summer, I learned a lot about what I really want in a relationship. I'm not going to go into detail here if you want to know ask or you may see it in my actions (by not responding). Please take no offense I just know what I am looking for. Think of me looking at your profile as me making eye contact in a crowded bar. :)If you've chosen to continue reading.... yay you! :) So a little about me: I am currently working on my PhD and am about to change careers from teaching back to massage therapy to make my life a bit less stressful while I am approaching my dissertation. My life is busy but not too busy to date... However I have found out that this has been a challenge for many a men that I can't be at there beck and call. Also, I have experienced that civility and chivalry is almost non-existent. I am of the philosophy of if you say you're going to do something you do it. If you are not, then we will not be very compatible.As for music, I am a fan of most music but lean towards disco (don't retch too bad, lol), 80s pop, and even some country. Anything that makes me smile and dance. And speaking of smiling and laughing, I love to do that. Humor is such an important part of my life as well as honesty, trust, and openness. In the spare time I have, I enjoy hanging out with my friends and watching any TV show that focuses on crime and mysteries. I also am very social and love to people watch. I enjoy a balance of socialness and alone time with someone that has those same motivations. I don't ask men out, so it's up to them... if they are the one asking then they are the one who is planning. :)
