I have found recently just how powerful meditation is to work through stuff and be in the moment. It has taken me a while to get here and I'm loving every minute of it. I am Non religious in the traditional sense but am highly spiritual leaning hard toward the esoteric and metaphysical. I believe there is way more to life that being shoved into a box and told to stay there or go to hell. We are way more powerful than we have ever been taught to believe. I'm of the mind that people need to be Great friends and get each other before they can be anything else to each other.
