I exercise as often as I can and try to eat healthy. I am not an amazing chef by any stretch but I love being in the kitchen cooking with someone else. I am a hopeless romantic and still believe that hopelessly, madly in love is a wonderful place to be. I am a happy person pretty much all the time and try to surround myself with people that have the same outlook. I don't make big things out of small things and I have no interest in drama. I believe it is remembering the little things in a relationship that make it successful and long lasting. I have done the online thing on and off for a while and it seems to have become less about finding someone and more a contest of numbers. I am in no rush to find a boyfriend or to get married again but I am on here with the intention of finding a relationship so please do not contact me if that is not your intention as well. The reality is that no matter how perfect someone seems on paper, you really won't know until you meet and see if you have that spark. Any place where you can sit, relax and actually hear each other speak makes for a great first date.

I am a 43 yr. young mother of 3 children. Ages 25, 22, & 12. They are & always will be, my life, my reason for living! I am being honest, I have been separated from my hubby for 10 months & will not be going back to him. It was over a long time ago just haven't finalized papers yet. Navy brat, water baby, MISS THE BEACH!!!! Therefore I love the warmer seasons because I love to be outside. Especially when I can swim or just lounge beside the pool, work in my flower gardens, play with my daughter or my dogs.You can't be afraid of large dogs because I have a Rottweiler and a Husky and they are just big babies. I am currently disabled, but don't let that word scare you because I am still kicking!! I am a strong, independent, woman & I can still handle everything life throws at me. I have been seriously working on getting rid of the weight gained from being bedridden & the 4 surgeries I have undergone in 5 years. I have lost 43 pounds, but I want to get back to my pre-injury weight and I WILL SUCCEED! I also want to be able to get back into horseback riding, hiking, & kneeboarding! I also want to quit smoking & be as healthy as I can be!I am not the kind of woman who is afraid of breaking a nail or getting dirty. I am a Daddy's girl, so I can work on my own car, mow my own lawn, pretty much whatever needs to be done I can do it.I started painting abstract art a couple years ago. I had never painted anything in my life besides finger paints in elementary school. I still paint abstracts but i have done some waterfalls, beaches, I never know what I am going to do until I pick up the brush.; I was bored!! LOLI like many different genres of music, from old country, to Awolnation, 80's music, heavy metal and some classical. Spontaneous! One minute I may be watching tv and the next I am rearranging my living room or coming up with a renovation project. It depends on my mood :-)I am looking for a man who can be honest, loving, not afraid to show affection, knows the real meaning of intimacy, needs to be strong emotionally & mentally, physically is a plus ;-) I want a man, not another child to raise. I will not be your mother, your maid, or your cook. I know we all have baggage from previous relationships, but please try to leave them behind.
