I've heard enough good things to have hopeful thoughts about meetville so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I'm an adventurous, outgoing and caring person with a wide variety of interests.;B), games, festivals, I like it all. A night at home works just as well. I consider myself pretty adaptive. I am a morning person and admit, I have a bad habit of falling asleep early. I enjoy trying different things and venturing out to different places. First and foremost I love to cook. Having friends over for a game or dinner is right up my ally. I really enjoy "get togethers". You can't go wrong on Football Sunday. I like all sports, however, there seems to be a little bit of a depression that sets in when football season ends. I currently am in Management and fortunately can say that I really enjoy the company I work for and the people I work with. Don't know if you can say outgoing and easygoing in the same sentence, but I think that sums me up. Oh and sense of humor, you have to be able to laugh at life and yourself. For a first date, I like when the evening is planned out. Still old fashion in thinking that a man should take the initiative.

More of an extended essay... ??I work in an office during the week. Not my dream job, but it pays the bills. On the weekends, I am a volunteer at a small local zoo. This is what I LOVE and what makes me happiest! Hoping to be able to be zookeeping full-time once season hits. I am def an outdoor girl. I need to be in nature to bring me back to center. I love being in the ocean, hiking, kayaking, exploring, digging, planting, building.I'm passionate about a lot of things - most importantly - equality among people, fairness, compassion, kindness, learning, and doing the right thing. I really enjoy learning about other cultures, religions, places.I have a hard time with closed-minded people.I am out-going, friendly, passionate, honest, loyal, adventurous, happy, mostly optimistic (although I do occasionally get irritated while driving -.. AAAAGHH!!), sarcastic, and smart. I have been married and divorced and don't feel the need to get married again, although I am not opposed to it. I don't have kids and I think I'm a little old to start that now, and am completely ok with that.I do have two cats and a rescue parrot who makes me laugh like nothing else!In the past ten years I have had a lucrative career in yacht financing, spent 3 years as a zookeeper at Lion Country Safari, and worked for a while as a stewardess on a 90ft yacht in the Bahamas. I'm not a vegetarian, but pretty close.I have owned a sailboat.I like to swim in the ocean.Sometimes my 'filter' doesn't work.I can be shy.I love camping - in a tent! I miss the mountains.I miss waves in the ocean.My brother is just about my favorite person in the world.Sometimes I curse to emphasize a point.I like to cook, but don't do it too often, it's no fun to cook for one.I've seen the Dalai Lama in person.I've seen the Grateful Dead in concert 3x (but I don't really remember!I love Indian food!I don't go to clubs.I have a terrible singing voice and will dance when I'm drunk.I don't drink often, but when I do, I drink tequila.My parents have been married for 46 years.I can use power tools.must make a note on my faith... Buddhist is probably closest to what I believe and attempt to practice, but I try to integrate the good of all religions into my life. Hey, I am getting ready to graduate from cosmetology, then I will be going back to school. I have two grown kids and two grandkids who are my everything. I am looking for a real man. By this I mean, a job, license, car, lives on your own. I am NOT looking for a "man" that I have to support. I'm tired of meeting little boys.
