About Me

I am just an average woman seeking fulfillment from an average man. I have a good life but have always dreamed of that extraordinary relationship that few seem to have in their lifetime. I want YOU to think I am something special and I will be YOUR biggest fan. Together we are rare and incredible. I like to learn and grow but have no desire to jet off and see new countries every other month. I want a simple life that includes spending time with our extended families. Yes, I would love to go on some great vacations in our years together. I like to do and see things but value my time at home immensely. I like nice things but do not value a materialistic life. I like planning for retirement. I like an intelligent, professional, educated, funny and sexy man (a little geeky is cool, too). Chemistry and connection are so random and cannot be defined. In general I do NOT like younger men. I am only interested in men who want a relationship that has true intimacy, and a strong physical and emotional closeness. These things take time to grow. I love music and poetry. I am educated and down to earth. I am a mom first (two wonderful, fun, well adjusted boys ages 7 and 12). I am sarcastic and silly. I enjoy live music in small venues with great company. I do not want more children of my own but would love to blend families with the right man. Local guys only. You should be within a reasonable distance for realistic possibilities. I hate to put this out there but might save us both some time...I have mild herpes (have had this over 25 years). It is insignificant in my life and I get an "outbreak" maybe once every other year tops. I have never passed this on to a partner. I am cautious. ...hasn't hurt my sex life. My Motto: If I can't wear jeans then I don't want to go- OK, I do like to play dress up on occasion- see a show or the theater. Mostly I am happy with the simple life, watching my kids play baseball and soccer. I like to catch up with friends over drinks, read a good book, see an occasional movie. I hope to one day find a man who dreams of a great love. The ideal match would be so many things. He would be debt free with the exception of the house and car. He would be confident but not arrogant. He would LOVE touch, snuggling, hand holding, kissing and massages. The ideal man will be good with kids and enjoy throwing a baseball back and forth or shooting hoops. He would understand that while he would date only me for a while, if we were to hit if off that I am a package deal. I treat people with respect. I want to be adored. I want someone to adore. I want the sun, moon, stars all rolled up in a simple, happy real life. I want someone to emotionally grow with. I do not want to make the first move. If you are interested please send a note.     Goodness... talking about myself is a little harder than I thought it would be! Well, I am a 45 year old divorced mom of 3 wonderful kids ages 26, 22 and 18 with my youngest still at home. They are the world to me and thankfully I was blessed with really great kids! I have a job that I love, working for a local Hospice. My friends would say that I am fun, loving, honest, silly at times (ok, a lot of the time..lol) and maybe a little shy . I'm not a game player or drama maker and not interested in those that are.     Hi there!
