A brief synopsis of me....I am a single mom, with great friends and my family and love to laugh. My kids are still youngish and they are my priority...and while my mom side and my own me side are separate, it is inevitable that should a connection exist, there will be some overlap. If this isn't in your comfort zone, then I am not for you. I enjoy being active and have been known to adventure and tackle a few challenges here and there. I like to think I'm quick witted and think I'm pretty good at dishing it out, and taking it. Sarcasm and witty banter is most definitely something that makes me smile. I am up front and honest and am only looking for the same. I can ask the hard question, give the hard answer and pretty much feel like it should just be told the way it is. For better or for worse, I wear my heart on my sleeve and my loyalty to my friends and family is unwavering. That said, I'm confident in what I want and what I have to offer and don't think it serves anyone to settle. I absolutely believe that you get what you give and that life is far too short to not take a few risks and go out on a few limbs...it's the only life we have and I kind of subscribe to the notion that I won't regret what I did...only what I chose not to try.I prefer an intimate group of friends to a room full of strangers, but am certainly able to hold my own in any venue. I can be reserved and somewhat shy by nature initially, but once I hit that ultimate comfort zone, watch out! Jeans and flip flops; little black dress and heels; business attire...all within my comfort zone.I have been here on and off at various times. I've met some nice people, remain great friends with some, but for me, I haven't made the connection I would like to, so here I am. My profile says that I am looking for a relationship...that's kind of a hard one.
