I don't want to be second in your life! For the first time in my life, I want to be someone's #1. I don't want to be second: - to your job - if you feel that you have to work to live, that's fine - but I don't need that much stuff and I'd rather have your time than your money. - to your kids - I've done the stepmom thing and believe me, it is the hardest thing to be, knowing that you will NEVER be first in your spouse's eyes. I'm sorry but spouses should never put their kids first above themselves. Your spouse is first, your kids are second. Those of you now that are saying my kids come first are divorced or separated and will probably stay that way because of the message you convey that you will never put anyone above your kids. Not where I want to be. - to your quad, your sled, your boat, your guns, etc - hobbies are cool and are to be enjoyed but I believe that they can also be shared and done in moderation as well. If you want to spend your free time doing a bunch of singularly enjoyed hobbies, that's fine. I would rather have someone that wants to spend time sharing activities with me and find new or different things that we can do together. I'm sorry, but I've spent the last 10 years doing stuff alone. Why would I want to get with someone and end up still being by myself?So if you are still reading, then maybe your looking for the same thing I am. I'm looking for conversation and companionship. Hitting a bucket of balls somewhere would be awesome!I haven't played pool since I had my eye surgery - was harder to play with glasses on.Laugh club at the Park Town, driving around the city, walking around the neighbourhood, soft ice cream cones in Outlook and a walk on the SkyTrail and BOB.
