About Me

Who am I? Hmm... I'm an ever changing, constantly evolving, complex, yet ever so simple organism ...who finds putting myself into words a daunting task, lol. But, here goes my attempt at a brief, slightly generic, but insightful introduction.I am a very laid back, compassionate and genuine person. I like to think I'm witty, with a good sense of humor. I'm about as low maintenance and drama free as they come. I'm that person who never meets a stranger. People who meet me say they feel like they've known me forever and that I'm easy to talk to.So here I am... just looking to meet someone to enjoy a little time with, laugh with and see what kind of adventures await us.I love the beauty of the outdoors... well pretty much anything outdoors. If I've never done it, I'm always willing to try. I like to travel and enjoy all life has to offer. I am extremely spontaneous, and very young at heart.I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs (Yellow Lab & Bull Terrier). My daughter is my best friend and an amazingly intelligent, self-sufficient, young lady. She's working on her Bachelors degree. My philosophy on parenting is: your children should always come first and being the best parent you can be is the most important thing you will do in life.I have a bit of a crazy work schedule, which is a big part of why I'm on here. When I'm not working or enjoying the outdoors you will usually find me working on remodeling my house or feeding my need for creativity. I enjoy photography, making my own jewelry, graphic design, permaculture, trying to teach myself guitar and trying to improve my marksmanship at the gun range.I love to cook and enjoy entertaining. There is nothing like the laughter of good friends and family enjoying a good meal together, playing games together or sitting by a fire under the stars.Get to know me and you will find that I am a very honest person. I am who I say I am and do not pretend to be something I'm not. A quality I hope anyone contacting me has also :)I can honestly say at this point in my life I know more about what I'm NOT looking for in a person than what I am. Anyone can make a shopping list of specific criteria. To me it starts with attraction, is fed by passion and interests over time, and survives with honesty, patience, communication and respect; by continuing to keep life new and fun. Life truly is too short to deal with drama and games! I'm pretty creative and have a good time no matter where I am. No expectations... Just good conversation and a little laughter needed.     Hi There, I am a sensitive, caring, creative, and sometimes funny gal.
