Hello. Been back in the dating scene for a short time. It is sure different this time around. I have 3 children who I have 50% of the time. They r my priority in life but feel my time is important too. I love to go out dancing but enjoy a quite night at home too. Sometimes I like to keep the fun mellow ---shooting pool at pub. I like meeting people. I think interactions with others only enhances life but I believe physical attraction is important in a relationship. The biggest comment I get when I meet some one new is that I look exactly like my pictures. I expect the same in return. I do not believe that the first date has to be this BIG ordeal. Coffee or a drink at a restaurant or bar is all two people need to figure out if they are attracted to one another.

I'm a very calm person that loves to have fun and try new things, I enjoy being spontaneous and being surprised. I would like a partner that has a brain and enjoys using it, he would HAVE to have a sense of humor, and worship the ground I walk on...just kidding. :) I'm looking for someone to be my best friend, someone I can talk to about anything and everything, a man I can laugh with and be serious with, go places and do things with and also stay home and curl up together talking or watching a movie, a companion to go out to eat with, snuggle with, make love to, and to fall asleep in his arms because I feel safe and comfortable. Does he really exist? I hope so!My family is very important to me and sometimes we get loud and crazy so you would have to be okay with chaos occasionally. I do live alone but spend time with my family often.I like to go out but I'm just fine staying in too. I love football, fishing, camping, cooking, watching movies at home or the theater, eating out, spending time with friends and family, I love all types of music (well, rap and screaming metal...maybe not so much) and just about anything else...I love learning about and seeing new things.I love being with people, laughing, traveling, laughing, reading, laughing, curling up with a good book or a great man and of course...laughing. :) Anything else you want to know, just ask!I've been on a few dates from here and just want to make sure you know before you message me that I am not looking for a one night stand. I am looking for someone to share things with and spend time with. Someone to BE with. If you are only looking for a physical relationship please move on. Whatever we decide to do, preferably a place we can talk and get to know each other.

I just signed up on here on Saturday, so bear with me....I will share a little about myself as best I can...As far as some of the things I have enjoyed doing in the last year would be attending little league with my boys and I have recently started exploring AZ a little more through not just road trips and day trips, but also through urban races that a friend of mine put on (think of a mini amazing race). I am active in the neighborhood....and I know that sounds strange....but the moms and I in this community get along well and we spend an evening or two a week sitting outside and talking while the kids all ride bikes and play...I have a great little neighborhood and feel very fortunate to have my home where I do. Not just for the neighbors, but also for the schools and sporting activities that my boys participate in. I do what I can to support cancer research by doing some fundraisers/5k's and also for children's charities like spreading the word to teens and young adults about Safe Baby Haven. As to what I am looking for, well, there are so many qualities that add to a relationship...but I would say humor and the ability to communicate. If those two qualities exist in a relationship, I feel many of the unnecessary troubles, conflicts and misunderstandings are avoided. Also, if someone a good father (or just enjoys kids even if they don't have any of their own) and who doesn't mind being playful and silly sometimes to make any or all kids giggle....or to go outside for a game of catch, well, those things will always bring a smile to my face and warm my heart. On the weekends or evenings when I am not at work I can be found out doing charity runs (even if it is just a 5k walk), weekend road trips to the water or up to the mountains...my time with the neighbors and being out in the fresh air.......reading....cooking...watching football by the fire in the fall and winter....movie nights with my boys....spending quality time with a significant other.....having good, engaging conversation with those I care about....going to the park....having coffee....and unfortunately cleaning the house and running errands!
