Hi! I'm a full time mom of three amazing children! During nice weather we are outside alot :) bike rides and swimming are some of our favorite activities as well as several sports they are involved in. I enjoy my job working as a scientist and have been working for a leading company in the animal health field for 17 years. I work in a research laboratory making companion animal vaccines.I like all kinds of music from current artists to 70s rock to country to classical depending on the situation and enjoy listening to live music whenever I get the chance. Over the past few years I have gained a appreciation for physical fitness. There are several activities I really enjoy with several fun ladies and many more I want to try! It would be really neat to do a color run with my oldest daughter someday and I want to learn to kayak and maybe take martial arts classes with my kids. I participated in Mudslayers- a 5K with 25 obstacles and it was so fun, challenging and definitely muddy!! I recently joined Crossfit and love it! It sure would be great to have someone to go to the box and wod with!! I am looking for someone intelligent, honest, hard working and a great sense of humor is a must!!! I definately want a friend first but primarily I just want a great guy who knows how to treat a lady with dignity and respect. And never underestimate the power of an extensive vocabulary ;) (please know the difference between there, their, and they're or between your and you're or too and to ... ) I am very independent. I have a good job, my own house/vehicle, and pay my own bills. I am looking for someone to share a liitle bit of time with.It takes me a while to get to know someone new so I would like to invest some time doing that while we see if what develops is a great friendship or possibly more. Getting to know each other and hopefully finding out if we have anything in common ....like fluency in sarcasm and hopefully some chemistry :)

I'm an active girl, with a pretty happy go lucky outlook on life. As I mentioned in my interests I enjoy cycling quite a bit. If I'm in town, one of the weekend mornings is almost always spent on a decent length ride. I've ridden 4 years now in an HIV/AIDS benefit ride from SF to LA. I love the challenge of the event as well as the warm fuzzies from supporting such a worthy cause. Casual would be a good word to describe my entertainment preferences. I'm happier with a good happy hour than fine dining (I own heels, but they don't get out much). Backpacking is another big interest of mine, with a couple trips to the Sierras each summer. At home I’ll usually pick up a book before turning on the TV.… Blah, blah, blah enough about me, your turn...
