Drinks or lunch is more friendly and casual environment than a formal setting where we could both end up "stuck," for the duration so to speak. It's also easier to talk and get to know each other and not feel like you're interviewing each other.Whatever we do the first time we meet I prefer a setting where we can talk, get to know each other, laugh over drinks, etc. You really just can't do that sitting in a movie theater or at a Tool concert. So we'll save those for later... What? No Tool..??..... jk.I am an outdoor girl who loves the mountains and all that nature has to offer. Fishing, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snow skiing, hiking, boating, camping, and jet skiing. The best way to get to know me is to talk to me. My ideal match is someone who enjoys the same things I do, whether it be outdoor activities or watching sports (we don't have to like the same teams... I enjoy the competition) but also has their own sense of individuality. Someone who doesn't need me to be there, but enjoys it when I am. I am looking for a normal person... whatever that is. Someone more fun than annoying. A sense of humor is good... and attitude is everything, especially knowing when NOT to have one. :) I also would like to find someone who is spontaneous, because some of the best things happen when there is NOT a scheduled plan. Enjoy***This is always a hard part.. selling myself.. my friends would tell you that I am the most amazing, funny and devoted person ever, so genuine and kind to a fault. I guess I could agree, haha! I have been a single mom since ***. Its been very challenging and exhilarating making these boys into awesome men! I am a great mom and love my boys unconditionally. I have had many losses in my life and once I care about someone they are forever threaded to my life. I am a total people person. I think that I am funny, loud and crazy, but I am shy and quiet a lot also. My heart has been broken and shattered and I am very guarded due to that. I come off a little bull headed and very sarcastic, but if you take the time to get into my bubble you will see that I am actually pretty awesome! Wow, sounds a little conceited at this point.. huh?? I am so NOT! I keep busy as a volunteer at church and the community, I am a nanny, babysitter, house cleaner, skill builder and full time student. I just started going to the gym to get in better shape. I sorta put my own life on hold while raising my boys and now my youngest is 18, so Mom needs to find a new claim to fame! I adore children, I teach a kindergarten class at church. I am quite involved at my church, I have attended the same church since ***working in the youth program, children's, infants and pretty much any where they want me. **my youngest will be 20 soon, oldest is 24. Our church got taken over, so I am at a new one now** (it will not let me rewrite above)I like tall men, like 6' and taller, who give nice hugs, good smiles, like to laugh, Christian, easy going, like to be homebodys as much as go out..... I dont know.. if I knew I would have already found him..Well, I dont know what else to say, but my life is an open book so ask me if you want to know something else!
