Looking for: man. In age: 38-48
I have a very busy schedule, so I'm looking for someone who is flexible and easy-going. I work out almost daily and would like someone who is committed to being in shape and healthy. My age is off and it won't let me change the date. Not looking for perfection, but seriously - athletic means you work out regularly and have definition. Employment is a plus - not because I want you to spend all your money on me - just want you to be financially stable. The choices of "want a relationship" or "I want to date but nothing serious" or "Casual dating/no commitment" don't really fit for me. I need a box that says "I'm open to a relationship but not looking for it" (meaning I'm just fine where I am and while it would be amazing if there was someone great out there to spend a whole lot of time with - I don't have any expectations and am not attached to a particular outcome). Oh - and I need a box for personality type that says "unique" (the drop down list is way too limited).P.S. Please do not do not contact me if you are not at least 35 and do not contact me if you do not have a photo - I'll just delete ya.Please, please read the my profile before contacting me....If you are NOT athletic - do NOT contact me! Don't think me superficial - I stay in shape and am only attracted to men who do the same. It's that simple. Surprise me

After reading several profiles, I've realized there are definitely 2 different categories of profiles: Detailed or NOT.I'm sure most people who take the time to sign up and create a profile appreciate the effort in a nicely worded description, and it confuses me why so many will write something as simple as, "I'm an open book... if you want to know something, just ask..." or "I'm not looking for any drama..." Aren't we all looking for someone who ultimately compliments us *** antagonizes us? And what about this open book comment I see every time I log in...what does that really mean, anyway? Are there closed books on this site looking to find the love of their life? Since I can only speak for myself and have little use for the profiles in the NOT category, I will do my best to write something to give people an idea of who I am.I am hoping to find my best friend, partner, lover and dream guy. He of course isn't perfect, but he is confident, funny, playful, not afraid to talk, and is just as excited to see me as I am to see him. He's cute because he's comfortable with who he is, whether he's short or tall, hair or not, thick or thin. He has a beautiful smile and isn't afraid to use it. Whatever his age he will be very young at heart, and is willing to live life and enjoys what this great world has to offer... I'm not really interested in staying in every night watching the news just yet. My parents have been married for 43 years and still look forward to seeing each other every day. They are best friends and fantastic role models- most definitely something I strive for in my next relationship.I have an 18 year old daughter who has recently become a pilot, which scares me more than I ever thought possible. I love her very much, she is becoming an amazing young woman and is a big part of my life. I enjoy playing poker, I'm always looking for a change in the daily routine, and welcome learning anything new. I've done a bit of traveling and would love to start doing a lot more. I tend to speak my mind freely, but am always willing to discuss differences rather than fighting or holding grudges. Communication is so important, and I've learned that I prefer someone who is able to talk through problems rather than yell and scream... I just don't understand how anyone wins with that type of relationship. I have had several different types of jobs, which has helped me develop an understanding of how people interact with each other. I have been in sales, social services work with at-risk teens, banking and corporate training- all different, yet each job offered some great advantages. I'll always have a soft spot for the kiddos, and have also done quite a bit of volunteer work to help out any way I can... they never cease to amaze me with their love and gratitude, it really takes so little to make kids feel loved (which should be felt by ALL kids).So- Please feel free to send me a message if you're interested in chatting for a bit, I'm not shy... oh yea, and per meetville qualifications... Yes, I have a car.Happy hunting fellow fisherman! :)

I am looking for a HONEST, FUN, AFFECTIONATE gentleman that can COMMUNICATE. I want someone who likes to spend time together at home having fun as well as going out having fun. I want to date someone that leads to a successful relationship. I am an honest, respectful, easy going, playful and affectionate person with a good sense of humor, morals, and values who likes to smile. PLEASE DO NOT BE MARRIED OR HAVE A GIRLFRIEND OR WANT TO SERIAL DATE!!! I am slightly overweight but work out at a gym ***times a week to become healthier and get in shape and I just started hiking on the weekends. Most people say I look at least 5 years younger than I really am.I have a home, car, job and a big dog. I love meeting new people and people watching is one of my favorite things to do. I like to try new things, check out different restaurants and take weekend trips to visit new places. I like doing things outdoors as well as indoors. I am a very active person. I like sporting events, fairs, fests, movies, walking, bike riding, eating out and many additional activities. My family is very important to me. I like all kinds of music but 80s and country are my favorites. How can you decide if you connect with someone from a few photos and a few texts? One hour of one's time is never a waste to meet a new friend. Smoothie or ice cream
