I like the outdoors, especially in warmer climates. While I'm from IA, I'm not a fan of the cold but I do tolerate it. Like everyone, I make mistakes and I try to learn from them. As much as life can be chaotic, I wouldn't have it any other way. I am open minded and look at different perspectives. When there are different perspectives, I feel there are times when you have to agree to disagree and move on. I travel regularly for work and have my son 50% of the time. Having grown up in a military family, I was exposed to many different cultures and experiences. As a result, I really enjoy travelling, learning other languages, and trying new things. My other interests include reading, puzzles, dancing, hiking, riding (bicycle), and working out. My taste in music is pretty broad: I enjoy country, pop, hip-hop, R&B, oldies, and '80's rock, among others. I enoy comedies, action, and true crime shows. Currently I am working as an architect. I really enjoy my field and am currently studying structural engineering to gain a broader understanding of the built environment. I prefer to meet for coffee/ a drink after work or something along those lines as a means of getting acquainted. After that...the first real date should be based on interests we have in common.
