Summer is here!!!! I have some free time since school is not in session. Wooohooo! :) I am looking for a relationship with someone. I'm looking forward to meeting :)I have quite a few interests but my latest interest is doing 5ks and 10ks with my girlfriend. It's fun and I like how runners are so encouraging! Recently pneumonia got the best of me but I still decided to do a 5k this last weekend and I finished! 5ks and 10ks will be something I'll be doing for a long time as I would like to start doing them in different states with my friend, Melisa.I enjoy taking photos. The school yearbook has several pics I take throughout the school year so I guess you could say I have published photos ;) Teasing!...I would love to go on a vacation to take more photos as I love to travel. I'm hoping my sis-in-law can get time off work to hop on the plane with me. I'll know shortly. Growing up I was a tom-boy, I did all the boy things like: motorcycles, bikes, snowmobiling, baseball, football, arm wrestling, hunting, changing oil on the car, camping etc....For some reason people don't believe me when I tell them that!? Hmmm.....Maybe because my mother was a beautician!? lol.... I was blessed with daughters and I loved doing their hair and make-up when asked for prom, homecoming, etc...So, I am a good mix! I like to do boy stuff and girl things too. I guess you could say I come from a family of royalty too as my mom was beauty queen of her college and my daughters were up for homecoming and snow queen at high school. I'm teasing again..... I would hope that all that means is they were very nice to others and well rounded. I love them all very much! I am down to earth and enjoy the little things in life. I do enjoy going to the cities for the weekend for a show, concert, musicals, vikings or twins game, or staying at a hotel for a mini getaway. Oh, I like a lot of different types of music-jazz, pop, soft rock, hard rock, 80's and before that, country, classical, some Rap, R&B, etc....just not that screaming stuffI've been a penny pincher all my life. It doesn't matter how much money I'd have in my life-I always will try to find the best deal. It's almost a game for me. Sometimes it takes a little longer for me to make a financial decision but because of that I save an awful lot of money! ;) Currently, I own a home, car, etc and I am free of debt. I'm excited about that! I do enjoy cooking and experimenting with recipes. Now that my girls are in college they seem to like my cooking more and ask me to make certain meals. It's kind of funny how that works! I enjoy going for walks. I went on a hike in the state park when I was visiting Lake Tahoe. I thought there would be signs for me. Nope....you'll have to ask me what happened with that!I enjoy spending time with my family during the holiday season and I enjoy it when my older girls are home. I love grilling a meal and having a fire-roasting marshmallows and talking......I will have three girls over 18 years old this year and one that is younger. I will have every other weekend off throughout the school year which I am excited about-more time to meet people and go out. If we do click, I definitely won't be going out to meet more people.Physically-I'm not looking for anything in particular. It's the whole package that counts.....and Personality can go a long way.I am open to a long distance relationship as well.

I'm looking for someone to laugh and smile with. I would like to spend time with someone that really has an interest in life and the true value of family and friends.It is what you put into it, and in the end, no one remembers the car you drove, how big your house was, or how fancy your shoes were (did I just say that?) But I will remember how you treated me, how many times you listened to what I was really saying and could actually remember the conversation two days later! I cherish the simple things in life such as bonfires and ballgames when done with a loved one. I love to laugh, and have fun in my life and enjoy adventure. I am fine with being the "butt" of a blonde joke and can laugh at myself. I enjoy good humor and someone who is very comical and witty. I'm very good at taking sarcasm as I am with dishing it out. On my more serious side, it is about finding someone to enjoy life. I've learned to early that our time here is too short. I have strong values and look for the same in others. I'm hoping to find someone who respects me for the things I believe in. In return, I will do the same. With that being said, I appreciate someone who has their hobbies, sports and important things in life. Being in a relationship does not mean losing who you are for the other person.
