Thanks in advance for your understanding!*** The problem with being relatively new to the area, a recent college grad and then moving directly into the fast-paced corporate environment is that I haven't had many opportunities to get out and meet eligible men. So, I thought I'd give meetville a try.Now, a little about me… I have two boys, ages 17 and 13, who are, of course, a very important part of my life, and I am looking for someone who “gets” that. With that said, I also understand the need to find some "alone" time with that special guy in my life. I believe that finding balance in life is the key to happiness. I have an energetic personality, yet I love to take time to relax and enjoy life, too. I'm not shy, but my "party days" are long behind me (which is not to say that I don't get out from time to time). I'm an honest and loyal person who loves a good laugh. I've always been fairly fit, but since a “medical mystery” began hounding me a few years ago, I have gained a few pounds (not to worry, fellas, no surprises here - my photos are up-to-date). Fortunately, I recently found a wonderful doctor who was able to diagnosis and surgically correct the medical issue that had been plaguing me (it was related to scar tissue from a previous minor surgery). I’m now “good as new,” and I'm definitely ready to get back into shape… I enjoy hiking, camping, swimming, boating, downhill skiing, exploring and travelling, but I'm also happy cuddling up to watch a movie at home. I can appreciate a tasty meal at a nice restaurant just as much as I can appreciate a tasty meal at home. Alas, I have to admit, I do love shopping – but then what woman doesn’t?? I’m looking for someone with similar interests. I like a man who is successful, ambitious and confident, yet not arrogant. Someone who enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, but who also likes going on a good, old-fashioned camping trip from time to time. Writing about me is not the easiest thing I've ever done, but I will give it a whirl!). I'm also a high school special ed teacher. I can be pretty sarcastic and goofy at times but am capable of being serious when necessary. I've been told I'm a good listener but didn't catch the reasons why (cause I wasn't listening??? lol). You are not a game player nor are you afraid of relationships. When it comes to relationships, you understand how to compromise and are non-judgemental. You know where you are and are okay without knowing where you're going because it's all about the ride. You are up for new restaurants, bands, movies, etc. Family is important to you as is taking care of yourself. And of course, you're looking for someone like me in your life! Honestly, it doesn't take much to make me happy-I am low maintenance that way LOL. If you're funny and capable of a good conversation, I can have a good time no matter what we do!
