Thank you for viewing my profile. Short version = I'm a good person :)Long version, for those who really want to know:While my goal is to eventually find a potential long term relationship, I'm not in a hurry for it and I won't commit lightly or quickly...I am enjoying meeting new people and have made some great friends that I love to hang out with. I'm an honest person and expect honesty in return..friends first.I enjoy just about anything when I enjoy the people I'm with. I don't really like heights, but other than that...let's go! I'm a pretty random person and enjoy trying new things (the most recent is kickboxing...loving it). I love a good sense of humor, intelligent conversation, and sanity most of the time is definitely a plus :P (though those few insane moments can be fun). I don't mind drinking socially every now and then, and I usually have fun if I ever hit the bar scene, but chose "I do not drink" because it's just not something I do often enough these days to qualify me as a social drinker. I was divorced three years ago from my high school sweetheart and have two awesome teenagers (girl 15, boy ***who are my best friends. I have them half the time. They're open to me dating again and have made me promise "no creeps" :P haha....however, I still have not introduced them to anyone and things would have to be going pretty well before I would. I welcome inquiries from people who have children themselves. If I care about someone, I am also sure to care about the people that mean the most to them. How Dating Works for Me:We meet up to see if there's any mutual interest...if there is, we can go out. If we enjoy going out, we can go out again...rinse and repeat....that's it..that simple. If at some point we want to be exclusive, great, let's talk about it....other than that, no expectations other than honesty and open communication.

    I am on here because I spend 95% of my life in the world of a 7 year old and have since he was born. We do hang out with my friends and family a lot, but it usually still revolves around the kids and is typically family/couples. Once in a while I like going out with my girlfriends, but there are so many cool bars and restaurants I want to check out. And a lot of times even better to just stay in, cook and watch a movie or grill and bonfire!- I have a lot of compassion. I love animals and old people and want to help whoever I can whenever I can. Sometimes a little effort can make a huge difference in someones life. I enjoy volunteering my time to those in need. - I don't take life too serious (I do and can when necessary). I love to joke around and be sarcastic. I will make fun of myself/others and I expect it in return (within reason).-I am an avid Snowboarder and Wakeboarder. This is my passion and has been my life. I would love to meet someone who shares this.-I am a full time***mom. My son comes first. I don't have a lot of time, but if we connect and things seem to go in the right direction, I will be making the time. We (my son and I) are ready to share our life with another person. I am not looking for a replacement father, but I would love to have someone solid by my side while raising him. -I love adventures. -I am active. I always strive to be in better shape. I try hard to eat clean most of the time and love to cook healthy (and occasionally not-as-healthy) foods. -I prefer casual (jeans, t-shirt, flip flops and a trucker hat), but I love getting dressed up and going out as well. That is definitely needed once in a while! -I am looking for friendship first. Of course I am looking for a long term relationship, but I believe that starts with friendship. Now that I have a little experience on here.......Please and Thank you. ;***Please don't ask me to send you a picture. It won't happen. My pictures on here are legit and if we connect and start dating, you can take one of your own for your contacts or whatever.- Fill out your profile and post a picture..... I don't have time to "ask you questions" all day to find out we have nothing in common. If I can find the time to fill this out, so can you.....- I don't think I could date someone who hunts. I have mixed feelings about hunting, but just don't want to be involved in it at all. Dead animals and I don't mix. A simple coffee or drink will do the trick. Short 'n sweet. I don't think it takes long to know if there is a connection or not.I don't mind chatting/texting a bit to see if its worth getting together, but if we can not set something up to meet in person fairly quick, I won't continue. :)
