My two children have helped me to realize a deeper kind of love - and I reciprocate that with great expectations from them because they have great potential. I believe that the body is an amazing thing - it doesn't seem to matter what torture I put it through-- cycling, hiking, running or just living, it remains strong for me -- I try to respect that...
