I could write this in many different ways but at the end of the day most would just give it a passing glance. The few that do finish and enjoy reading my profile make it worth writing:) I'm a happy-go-lucky individual with a quick wit and a sassy sense of humor. I value the same in others though mine has the propensity to come out at the most inopportune times. English is my preferred language of communication while talking is my favorite pastime. Talk I can, a mile a minute, from mundane things to more serious topics. I occasionally enjoy a good argument and will sometimes argue for the sake of arguing ;) I'd like to say I'm honest to a fault but brutally frank is more aptly put. What can I say? I am not one to mince words. I'm not averse to getting help when offered and asking for it when needed. I can hammer a nail but perhaps not without hitting my thumb. It really is just much to my demise. LOL. I'm pretty sure I can also change a tire but I never had to. I just pay someone to do it. I'm practical! I'm an outdoors person however, I sure love my indoor plumbing but I do not mind roughing it from time to time. In fact if you provide me with a good company then I'll gladly go camping. I'll even go fishing with you if you will not make me touch the worms. Oh don't forget my insect repellent please :p Exercise? I don't run but I'll be happy to hold your hand and walk with you for hours. I'm no adrenaline junkie but I love roller coasters. I have tried skywalking as well as done abseiling. I have the mind to try bungee jumping though I'm quite sure my heart will stop before I (or perhaps never) gather enough courage to jump.I could go on and on but you'd be nowhere closer to knowing the real me unless you take the time to actually talk to me. A conversation starts with a single Hi but please string along more than a "Hi, Hello and How are you." Better yet if you have common sense or is slightly geeky. I need my brains stimulated and I am up for all sorts of conversation.

I'm not trying to find someone to hook up with for a one-night stand or fwb - but I do enjoy meeting people and so while I'm here...Never married, no kids. Not crazy. Recent pictures not in my mirror :)I work for a construction company in compliance. I love my job, I get to see the country and some pretty interesting projects. I travel a lot for work. :) I prefer to travel for fun - and I do as much as time and money will allow. I haven't traveled outside of the country enough to have a favorite "world" city yet, but someday.I have become dependent on yelp to find the best of everything. Place to eat, place to get my hair cut, place to get a pedicure, place to get my oil changed... Anything that could be considered a hole in the wall is my preference. And if I could have brunch every Saturday and Sunday I would. Usually without drinks, but you never know.I'm one of those people who have given up cable in favor of Netflix and Hulu. Mostly because I would much rather spend my time out of my apartment than in. If something ends in "festival", its on my list of things to check out. I'm generally up for about anything that won't put me in jail or have me jumping out of a plane or off a bridge. I enjoy being spontaneous & am happy to decide on Friday afternoon to go away for the weekend. If this is a dealbreaker, so be it. I should mention that I don't mind if YOU like to zipline, but I can't be converted.I'm not very competitive. My nature is more on the side of hoping everybody is having a good time, rather than hoping to kick their ass at something. I would rather help someone over the finish line *** try to beat them across.What I'm looking for eventually is very simple. I want to find someone to be crazy about & that is crazy about me. They would love God, maybe want kids (I'm not insisting I have kids at this point, nor is it out of the question) & if they already have some I'm open to that too. I don't care what kind of job they have (as long as they work hard at something) or how much money they make. My dad is a farmer & I think he works harder than anyone I know. I would love to hear from you. I'm not a big fan of texting/emails for a long time before meeting face to face, and will not attempt to hold up both ends of a conversation for very long. If you can't have a conversation using technology, then let's have one in person. I have met people the same day as the first *** asked and it happened to work out. I look like my pictures, I speak English & haven't misled you. I won't meet you in your mom's basement, but am always up for a walk, some lunch (or brunch!) or a cold drink. :) Anything but coffee. ..So you want to hear about me??? I’ll tell you a bit. I have been on and off these websites over the years with success. I’ve made some great friends on here and find it is the best way to make it work. I have also had some lasting relationships. I believe most of us want to meet that guy or girl to fall in love with…that imperfect person that is perfect to us!!! I am not here because I need to meet you... it is because I want to meet you. I feel it it is healthy to break-out from our circle of normal friends and activities....and this can become increasingly harder the more we age.Myself…I am that “All American Girl”...who doesn't sweat the small stuff and takes an analytical approach to the larger stuff. I try to keep my feet planted on earth for the most part...but embrace a little craziness and spontaneity. I was raised with great values and will do anything for those close to me. I work to live and try to spend my free time being as active as possible. I am truly an outdoorsy person throughout all seasons (born and raised on the water/snow and long for all sports involving both cold and hot weather). During my down time I can be found gallivanting at a music festival for the weekend, visiting or cooking for friends, taking in a hike or art gallery or just enjoying nature from the back of my horse. ). I will try anything twice...and find myself gravitate towards people that are positive, outgoing, open-minded, adventurous and have a sense of humor...and the ability to hold a diversified conversation, doesn't hurt either. From my point of view...I don't try to be anything that I am not and I tell it how it is (to a fault sometimes). I'm always up for a drink with someone new, friendly, and fun...Are you? Don't be shy. Looking for someone who can hold a diversified conversation, smile and laugh (even at the expense of themselves). One to have. a few drinks and relax with after a long day of work.
