-town girl, but have lived all over the US and spent lots of time abroad. I have backpacked through Europe for 3 months by myself (I am still telling stories from my adventure) and spent a semester abroud in Austria. Traveling is a passion for me and I am always dreaming about my next trip, even if that is a day trip in the car to a new local spot I haven't explored! My friends say that I am loyal, funny, kind, laid-back, happy, and grounded. I can be super "girlie" and love getting dolled up and going somewhere fancy, but I also love to pack up the tent and camping for a couple days in the dirt or sand. I am not afraid to get dirty and love to be outside as much as possible. I like to be productive and active, but that doesn't mean I cannot spend a lazy Sunday on the couch watching golf or football (those are my sports, but if you are a basketball or NASCAR fan, I am sure we can find some compromise). I like to think I have found that balance in my life. I love to bake (I make killer cupcakes) and am learning how to cook without setting off a fire alarm. I am always looking for new food/restaurants/farmers markets, adventure, fashion, kitchen gadgets, antiques and more... I love country music but listen to all kinds of other music too...not much that I don't like!I do have a six and a half year old daughter who is the best, most easy-going kid I know. She is so good and sweet and pure...I love seeing the world through her eyes. She is definitely not "baggage", but rather the icing on the cake in my life ;-) I know exactly who I am and what I want in a partner...
