Hi everyone... So far, it's happening kind of slowly.I moved here for a job about a year ago, and that's going great. I am the mother of two wonderful boys and I share custody. If you don't like children, that would be a problem. I like the usual things such as going out to eat, watching movies, and just being with friends. I like to go out occasionally but I also enjoy being at home and relaxing. In social situations, I am shy at first but it doesn't take long for me to come out of my shell. Once I do, I'm pretty outgoing. Since I am an only child I find that I do like to spend time by myself, but I can only do the alone thing for so long. Music is something I really enjoy and a far as the type of music I like, it's almost every type. I tend listen to mostly rock and alternative on the radio, but I'm starting to like country too. I would like to travel more, but once again, have limited time. I'm a friendly person (sometimes to a fault) and have been told that I have a tendency to be too nice. This also tends to make me a very trusting person though I am learning that I shouldn't give my trust away so freely. I tend to b full of energy and can talk to anyone! Like everyone else, I'm not perfect and readily admit my faults. As I have gotten older, I have become more blunt about how I feel and sometime am too blunt. I am trying to filter that. I do care about how I look and I do my best to maintain my appearance. That being said, I am not conceded. Please don't talk to me just because you like my appearance. I realize that first impressions come from what we see but I hope someone will take the time to get to know my personality before trying to get too serious. I'm not looking for someone just to sleep with. I would like to have a relationship with someone that is looking for the same thing.I honestly don't know exactly what I'm looking for in a guy (if I did, I guess I would have one by now). I would really like a guy who is an adult and not looking to play games. no commitment issues, please...The general attributes include honesty, a sense of humor, kindness, and intelligence. I have NO tolerance for drug use, heavy drinking, rudeness, or general stupidity. If my friends and parents won't like the way you treat me, please just stay away. Please, just be honest about who you are and the intentions you have.If you are still interested, feel free to write! It's hard to choose what to do on a first date until you talk to the person you are going on a date with. I like most anything as long as it isn't scary or dangerous....

I love to make people laugh and have a witty comeback for most things (sarcasm-bring it on).…) I grew up in a family with lots of game nights, so be prepared for a competitive challenge (yes, that is a nice way of saying I will kick your butt). I have a daughter who is 10 and the most awesome and hilarious kid on Earth, but I think I might be partial. She is the most important thing in the world to me, so I am looking for someone who respects that but also understands that being a mom is not the only thing that defines me---I like my “me” time too and looking for someone to share new experiences with. Movies-- Shawshank Redemption, Princess Bride, 50 First Dates are favs, but I love most comedies...Shows: Big Bang Theory, Revenge, Parenthood, SYTYCD, Mindy Project, anything funny :)Music--some favs: Beyoncé--sushi, Indian, Chinese, Italian Dinner, drinks, darts....things that don't start with d ;) Anything that gives us a chance to get to know each other!

Hi there! I'm single again after 18 years & a friend suggested meetville to me, to get me back into the world of dating. Uh- thanks friend! :) Dating has been a crazy new learning experience but I'm enjoying it so far, especially since I haven't actually been single since I was ***yep - that sounds so crazy, even to me!). Every day is a learning experience. I'm ready to meet someone that's real, honest & is looking for the same things I am- that's someone to meet & spend time with. Someone to enjoy life and all it has to offer. I'm so ready to discover & enjoy where this new direction will take me. meetville has been interesting...to say the least. I've met normal & not so normal men. I don't mind staying on here & having fun bc I never know who I will meet or what will happen. It's an adventure for sure! The reason I'm on meetville is to meet new people & start dating again. Lately, it's been kind of disappointing but I'm staying positive! :)If you were to ask my friends to describe me, they would most likely say:Funny, passionate, loyal, committed, & generous. I don't go a day without it.
