I work out 7 days a week and also enjoy hiking, biking, tennis, bags, golf or anything that keeps me in motion! It depends on the person, I'm pretty open to trying new things or going for coffee/ drinks, or lunch/dinner, A nice walk, the zoo...whatever suits us best.
