I'm still not sure why so many people just "disappear". You can tell someone that they aren't really the right fit for you without being cruel. Heck, we have text messaging. It doesn't get any easier than that! You don't even have to speak the words. Geeeeez, MAN UP already. I am happy with who I am and know I have a lot to offer the right man but am content being alone with my pets, my friends and my family until I find "the one" who excites me. It's hard to describe who we are and what we want with words, ACTIONS tell all (I guess this is where the disappearing guys get off on a technicality, lol). I'm really not that complicated. I am a single woman who's never been married, yet garners hope it may happen one day. I love children, although have none of my own...I've even been a nanny at times in my life. I'm torn...I loved my hair short, but don't want to be an "old-lady with short hair" so it is now in the awkward growing out stage, as I plan to have it long in time. I am a chronic over-), typically wearing a skirt or dress when not at work. And, although I am relatively tall for a girl, I still relish wearing heels. I like and listen to many different types of music, with the exception of country ,scream-o, and anything all together unpleasant....My favorite concert I ever went to see was Massive Attack at the Montreaux Jazz Festival. I love to cook and bake...My favorite thing to chef is shrimp scampi, and I bake cookies regularly for my family, and co-workers (I tend to awake in the middle of the night and eat a few, too). In my free time, I enjoy volunteering for different local organizations. I am looking for someone that likes to spend time with me (so much so, that they make it a priority).
