I am sure that these profiles all start to look the same, but here we go! I have been an elementary school teacher for 6 years. I love working with kids and making a difference in their lives.The days at work are crazy and busy, but I wouldn't trade it. I have my own house and love having a place to call my own. I am very close with my entire family. I feel lucky I consider my brother and cousins to be some of my closest friends. We enjoy getting together at family events and traveling as much as we possibly can. I also have an incredible group of friends that have been there through thick and thin-I would do anything for them and consider them to be family as well. I am a huge sports fan and mainly follow football and baseball. Yes, I know it is a very weird combination! Now that the summer is over, I am very much looking forward to football starting. I have a few trips planned to see the Cowboys play and am looking forward to football Sundays! I listen to all types of music, but prefer country. I was able to go to a couple of country concerts over the summer with my friends and cousins and really enjoyed them. I like going to bars that you can actually talk to the person you're with-not much of a dancing/club person. It is always fun going out, but I also like the nights of staying in and watching a movie on the couch. Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. As I said, I love traveling to see my favorite teams play. I do not have any pets right now, but am really looking forward to getting a dog sometime in the near future.I am at the point in my life that it feels like the only thing missing is someone to share all of these things with. I am starting to be the odd one out when it comes to many of my friends since everyone is getting married and having kids. Ideally, I would like that eventually as well. I am not looking to rush into anything, but that is my main goal. I would like to find someone that has marriage/family as their ultimate goal. I am looking for someone who is funny, kind, trustworthy, enjoys traveling, and makes me smile just by being around. So I just realized that it has been quite a while since I have updated this profile. Let's see.... I'm a 28 year old Ophthalmic Technician who lives for all things girly, if it glitters I want it! That being said, my career is what I am most focused on at this point. I am quickly approaching the 1 year mark at my current office. I feel so blessed to have found this new career and I plan on continuing my education of the human eye with the help of my colleagues, peers, and my own personal research. Some other important details about me- I love music and really appreciate all kinds- country is probably my least favorite though. Makeup was my first love- I went to school to get a license to apply it to the public and have found this to be a very lucrative side job. I have accrued quite a collection of makeup and skin care over the last few years! So a little about my family: I have one brother who lives in Bhutan and is a chef there- he is living his dream and I am incredibly proud of the man he has become. My parents are wonderful, they accept me for exactly what I am and have supported me through all of the decisions I have ever made. I do own a Red Sox hat and I wear it on bad hair days... otherwise I'd be more than happy to watch sports with you, but bear in mind that you may have to explain what is going on at any given point throughout the game. All of this aside I am looking for; as my profile suggests... a sweet man to spend time with, I want to date but nothing too serious at this moment, that's not to say I am not open to that. This ideal man would have a job that he is proud of, come from a good family (whether it's the family he was born into or the one that he created for himself,) he should be confident but not overly so, hopefully know the difference between their, they're, there, your and you're (it's more of a pet peeve than anything) and finally he must not consider chick-fil-a and a subsequent movie where he insults the cashier and that I have to pay for a "date." It's probably a lot to ask for in one guy, but if he's out there I want to find him!

I'm a crafty person and love making things. I also enjoy reading and playing games. I plan to eventually work on my Masters and want to eventually settle down with the right person and have children.
