About Me

Well, to start I have an amazing daughter.. it's her and I, 98% of the time. This of course makes meeting someone the usual way a bit tricky, which is what has me online. Strangely this seems to be the norm for most single people these days! Like most islanders, I enjoy being outside as much as possible enjoying nature.. whatever the season. And while I love winter (crispness, snow, short days/long nights), I also love the sun and look forward to my tropical vacations.Being able to find humour in life is important to me.. as is intelligence, logic and compassion. I'd like to meet someone that I can have fun just being around while enjoying the little things. If the chemistry is there, anything is possible! To be honest, being athletic is also important as I have an active lifestyle, so being able to keep up would be a good thing :) I also have a few tattoos.. so far. One hidden, the others- not so much. I plan on adding to them, so hopefully this isn't an issue.Cheers! Some kind of drink.. hot or cold. And a walk maybe?

    I have a 5 year old Quarterhorse which I absolutely love and am riding and training several days a week in preparation for show season!! It's been exciting! Last year was my first show and I tell you I'm hooked on showing and training!! I also have a lab mutt who is still pretty energetic even though she's starting to look her age!! An hour drive for work and riding doesnt always leave a lot of time for much visiting, my friends know they can find me at the barn though if I drop off the planet for awhile!! I can make some time though if I think you're worthy of my attention!! Lol So if you think you have what it takes then drop me a line! I also have a few other interests besides riding like excellent coffee, being environmentally aware, as well as reading and music. I'm not much for tv if its on its usually background noise! Though I do enjoy watching a few shows. A walk with the dog while enjoying excellent coffee and chatting!!
