Hello. I spent my adult life traveling through 50 countries and had some interesting adventures and met some wonderful people along the way.Like most people, I can’t be defined by what I do/have done for a living. My resume is, well, strange. I’ve done things that I’; like running bars and businesses in difficult environments. I’ve done things that I loved to do in order to “give back”; like running English classes and fund-raising campaigns. I’ve done things that I never thought were possible, so that I could be challenged and grow;…and discovered that, as in life, I am not much of a distance runner. I like to use my head and my hands at work and enjoy my new career as a massage therapist but still love my creative outlet of piñata making!My bucket list, that I started 15 years ago, keeps me motivated and is constantly evolving. A few years ago I managed to cross ‘SNOWBOARD’ off my list, which promptly had me add ‘SNOWBOARD AND LIKE IT.’ Still working on that one. It was my list that brought me to stare in awe at the Taj Mahal, to jump out of a plane, and to sing Karaoke. And it was the realization that some things are better shared that spurred me to add ‘LOVE’ back onto my list. Finally.Some important things to know about me: I’m easily bored and need challenge in my life. I’m not good with groups…or Capricorns.I’m attracted to big, strong men who are witty and wise.Every day I want to better myself and try to surround myself with like-minded people. I think before going through the awkwardness of a first date talking on the phone is a good idea...and an almost obsolete art form.

I've just done a trip to Turkey and the UAE, and next year is New Zealand. I would love a travel partner. I frequently wear sexy high heels, am comfortable in casual situations and can get my hands dirty if needed. You will not find me working on my own car, that's what cute mechanics are for. This way, I can ensure I wear appropriate foot attire when I run screaming from the scene. - Smoking (no matter how infrequently) is a deal breaker. - if you prefer to carry on full conversations via text message rather than picking up the phone, we likely won't be a good match. I don't think a first meeting should be considered a date. However, on a first meeting I prefer something casual and low key - perhaps coffee or drinks so that we can talk and see if there's any chemistry. If this feels too much like an interview, we can take the coffee to go and hit the beach. Well, to start I have an amazing daughter.. it's her and I, 98% of the time. This of course makes meeting someone the usual way a bit tricky, which is what has me online. Strangely this seems to be the norm for most single people these days! Like most islanders, I enjoy being outside as much as possible enjoying nature.. whatever the season. And while I love winter (crispness, snow, short days/long nights), I also love the sun and look forward to my tropical vacations.Being able to find humour in life is important to me.. as is intelligence, logic and compassion. I'd like to meet someone that I can have fun just being around while enjoying the little things. If the chemistry is there, anything is possible! To be honest, being athletic is also important as I have an active lifestyle, so being able to keep up would be a good thing :) I also have a few tattoos.. so far. One hidden, the others- not so much. I plan on adding to them, so hopefully this isn't an issue.Cheers! Some kind of drink.. hot or cold. And a walk maybe?
