Okay, about me...hmmm. I am fun loving and love to laugh but, I can hold my own in an intelligent conversation as well. I'm very family oriented and am close to my parents, siblings and 8 nieces. Normally, I would be considered somewhat of a homebody but, I would love to travel more. I have 3 dogs that are my "babies." I am a nurse and have been at my small local hospital for ***years. I'm hard working and self sufficient. I'm not looking for someone to "complete" me but rather someone to have fun and share life with (and maybe travel). I love meeting interesting and intelligent people that I can learn things from and that may show me things from different perspectives.I have a broken ego, but not a broken spirit. Nice girls do finish last...if this wasn't true, I'd be off this thing once and for all! lolI'm not going to load this with sales pitchy adjectives. I wish I had a quarter for all the profiles I've read that say, "I'm outgoing," "fun," "laid back," "honest," "blah blah blah." Really? No kidding! lol I want to see real honesty and a profile that reads like this: "I'm a self-serving (work, alcohol, *** that is still hung up on my ex. I'm willing to invest up to (3, 4, *** dates to get into your pants, meanwhile telling you all the things I think women want to hear. --> (Wants a Relationship) is toggled. However I know I really don't want a relationship because I'm somewhat attractive, and a dozen women a day will be *** Oh, did I mention I'm also on at least three other dating sites?!?" Ok then...to my actual profile...I'll just say this --> I'm not looking for someone that uses this place as a buffet table (you know who you are). I'm actually looking to make a connection with ONE guy. If I'm truly interested in someone, that someone gets my attention. I'm also looking for someone that has time to invest into getting to know me. Yes I know we are all busy, have lives and what not, but I want someone that can and wants to make room for me to share in his life. I'm tired of spending weekends alone. It wouldn't really matter WHERE we went as long as it was somewhere we could talk and get to know each other :)
