I'm at a point in my life where I'd like to have somebody to share my life with, and I'm ok by myself as well. Sharing my life with another isn't a need, it's a want to. It has to be the right fit - for both of us. Nobody should settle in life for less than they truly want - and we all deserve to love and to be loved. I value loyalty, honesty, integrity, and people who are true to their word. I've been told I'm a romantic and in many ways, I guess I am. A simple walk on the beach holding hands, a special dinner, flowers just because, that look that says I admire, respect and love you....I'm looking for somebody who is emotionally and mentally stable, who knows what they want and will go for it. Taking care of myself is important to me and I want somebody who does the same without having to be a fanatic about it. To be loved and cared for and to do the same for my partner is very important to me. I believe communication is one of the most important things in a relationship.I love to laugh and to make others laugh - I have a sense of humor and love to tease people and have fun.I like all sports - watching and participating - and have been an athlete my whole life.I believe you have to get to know somebody before you can make a committment, but there is also such a thing as chemistry that happens too....and that can be exciting and fun! I have two children that live with me and they are the best Gifts that God could have given me. My children are getting older now and I have more free time for myself. I would love to find a guy who is very outgoing, family Man, and just a happy person who loves life. I would love to find that special someone and hopefully develop into a strong, loving relationship. How awesome would that be?? Just want to enjoy what this World has to offer... The little things... Want to laugh more, smile more, learn more and devour life for what it is. Make more friends, make more love, and see my family more often.. Really not too much to ask for-- is it?     Hello,I never know where to begin on this..........So let's see, I'm at a point in my life where all is really good in my life. My job, health, friends/fam, my son---all is great. However as you can imagine, the one area lacking in my life is a person to truly share it all with. I never-ever thought dating would be this difficult. In my twenties, i met someone, thought they were cute---dated them and that was it. Wow-it's such a new world! We all have a lot of life that has to come together and mesh. We have long lists of qualities we want that special person to have --but ya know what---none of it matters what this or that is***because it all comes down to chemistry. Either we're going to have that something special in person or we're not. I dont' know if we're all beat up at this age or what, but i can't seem to find that special zest for life in another person that i feel i've still got left in me. People seem SPENT and hurt and used up. Come on people, let's not give up yet! :) Ok--but please don't *** your out of my age group--i prefer to stay 35 to ***no more--no less. I just do--things are too weird outside of that. And i'm not looking for any one night flings or any of that crap so dont' bother if that's what you're on here for. I really don't even like the online dating thing cause you can't tell anything from pictures--you need the in person interaction--but it's obviously come down to this...there's no way to meet people in this age group that i know of---so let's make the best of it and try to find that connection!I'm open to questions so let's chat!
