About Me

I'm at a point in my life where I'd like to have somebody to share my life with, and I'm ok by myself as well. Sharing my life with another isn't a need, it's a want to. It has to be the right fit - for both of us. Nobody should settle in life for less than they truly want - and we all deserve to love and to be loved. I value loyalty, honesty, integrity, and people who are true to their word. I've been told I'm a romantic and in many ways, I guess I am. A simple walk on the beach holding hands, a special dinner, flowers just because, that look that says I admire, respect and love you....I'm looking for somebody who is emotionally and mentally stable, who knows what they want and will go for it. Taking care of myself is important to me and I want somebody who does the same without having to be a fanatic about it. To be loved and cared for and to do the same for my partner is very important to me. I believe communication is one of the most important things in a relationship.I love to laugh and to make others laugh - I have a sense of humor and love to tease people and have fun.I like all sports - watching and participating - and have been an athlete my whole life.I believe you have to get to know somebody before you can make a committment, but there is also such a thing as chemistry that happens too....and that can be exciting and fun! I have two children that live with me and they are the best Gifts that God could have given me. My children are getting older now and I have more free time for myself. I would love to find a guy who is very outgoing, family Man, and just a happy person who loves life. I would love to find that special someone and hopefully develop into a strong, loving relationship. How awesome would that be?? Just want to enjoy what this World has to offer... The little things... Want to laugh more, smile more, learn more and devour life for what it is. Make more friends, make more love, and see my family more often.. Really not too much to ask for-- is it?     I'm not here to waste anyone's time, I do not play games and expect the same consideration in return. Chemistry is huge with me! One of the best feelings in the world is when two people have chemistry.....not only on a physical level, but on a mental level too. I'm looking for someone that compliments me. I would love to meet someone and expreience everything life has to offer! I can be sarcastic and funny at times, but I also know when to be serious. I am an affectionate person so if you don't like to hold hands or kiss in public, I'm probably not the girl for you! I like to dress up for a night out, but I can rock the hat, jeans, tshirt and converse look for the more laid back days! Yes, I've been in serious relationships and have learned something from each of them. I do know that honesty, trust, and communication are the three things a lasting relationship needs. I'd rather have you hurt me with the truth than lie to me. One last thing....yes, I am single at 37yrs old but I'm ok with that, what I will never be ok with is settling for something less than what I deserve! Having said that, I know what I want and I'll never sell myself short! Life is too short!!! So take chances, laugh, love and most importantly treat people the way you would want to be treated......Those are just things I do on a daily basis! Oh, and I am a huge believer in Karma!!!     I love funny movies, funny shows, funny people (famous or not famous) and I'm always cracking jokes.
