I enjoy spending times with friends, maybe hit the bar for a few drinks and a game of darts or hanging out in the backyard with a grilled meal and great company. Of course you can never go wrong with a quiet evening in with a good movie.I enjoy reading from classics to thrillers and an occasional trashy romance.lolI love seafood, italian, sushi, and mexican food. A great steak as well. I enjoy watching shows like house and greys but love american pickers as well, and pretty much anything on the id discovery channel. I enjoy a lot of different types of music from country to korn and anything in between.I am ready to find my "match" I am a bit sarcastic at times in jest and hope he is that way as well. I want to find someone that is independent and self supporting. i want someone I can laugh with and enjoy all the things in life. Let's not call it a date, how about a casual meeting for lunch or dinner maybe even something as quick as drinks, a no pressure situation. I love anything around lake hefner especially at sunset.

Woman. 39 years old. Zodiac sign: Aries.
Looking for: man. In age: 36-46
I grew up in a small-ish town in the 80's and did all the small town things there were to do. I love my "hair bands" - But I have many other musical tastes - which you could ask me about if you're curious.Did you see my White Sox picture? Yes, I'm a fan. However, I am nice enough to keep you company if you want to watch a Cubs game at home or at a bar, but I don't like going to Wrigley. Feel free to ask me why. I enjoy Bears games and sometimes a good Bulls game too. Do you play euchre or rummy? I do!I do all the usual stuff too. I exercise, eat meat and potatoes and some healthy stuff. I enjoy being in my jeans and being low-key, but equally enjoy getting all dressed up for a night out - dinner, dancing or a classical concert or performance art of some kind. As a midwesterner I make sure to take advantage of the great outdoors during good weather. Who doesn't like a good movie now and then too, especially in the winter? Having some travel plans to look forward to is also a good cure for the the doldrums of routines. I have a lot of interests and am curious about many things, but you'll have to get to know me to find out what they are.I tend to like people who are interested in and involved in the world around them. That means knowing what is going on in the world and wanting to make the world a better place, even if a small way. I believe you don't have to have a degree to be smart. I have one, but only because I decided to become a teacher and the state requires it. I worked for a long time without a degree and was very successful. I also know people who are "degreed" and who can't think there way out of a box.I'm looking for a great man, who has some things in common with me, is intelligent and successful and wants to get to know someone gradually and respectfully. Someone to have great conversations with, smile and laugh and occassionally have a good-spirited debate. Someone to be goofy with me, show me new things, try new things and enjoy the beauty of life. Someone who has goals and wants to eventually share his life with a best friend and partner.Could that be you? For a first date, I would prefer to do an activity like bowling or playing pool or darts which I think is more fun & gets you past the awkward conversation moments. I am rather shy at first, so it's more fun to have something to banter about. First dates are always awkward. I think it takes at least 3 or 4 dates to really see if you like someone. (Unless of course the first date is a really rude experience.)
