About Me

I choose my shoes for comfort rather than fashion. I will wear blue jeans and t-shirts over skirts or dresses. I go through phases where I like to put on make-up, fix my hair, and get dressed up, but more often than not I prefer the route of "Plain Jane," unless of course I'm going out for a night on the town. I don't really care for shopping, though I have rare occasions where I actually enjoy it. I don't really want children (though someday - I'm told - that may change, so maybe it shall), and I don't give in to the 'typical' girls ideas of marriage. I really don't see the point of a piece of paper, and who says what 'typical' girls are anyway. I'm not what some would call a "girly girl," but I am still a woman.I enjoy football but I don't make it a point to watch every game every weekend. If I'm going to drink, I'll take beer over wine of liquor. I'm not big on cooking, but can throw-down in the kitchen if and when I feel like it. I try to eat healthy, so I prefer eating at home most of the time over eating out. If I eat out, it likely won't be fast food. I love my job... it's dirty and distusting and it intrigues me. I am passionate, dedicated, driven, indecisive (to a point), strong minded (maybe even stubborn at times), and as my sister says... I tell it like it is when it needs to be told.I love movies of all kinds, including the occasional "chick flick," but I prefer action, adventure, comedy, drama, horror, and even sci-fi. I'm not good at keeping up with dates, birthdays, or anneversaries, and am somewhat forgetful in general, but oddly I remember some of the wierdest things from ages ago. I'm not that great at keeping up with people/old friends, but I still hold them close to my heart. I don't care much for public display of affection, but still want attention, affection, and passion when I'm in a relationship. This is who I am and I would not change it. I've lived through lots of different and difficult experiences and would not change those either because it has made me the woman I am today.Please don't add me to your favorites. That's just creepy, especially if you don't have the balls to send me a message. Speaking of messages... "hi" won't cut it. I won't even respond to that. If you can't speak (write) intelligently, or can come up with nothing better than "ur sexi. I lik wut I c. Lts hook up," (true story) then move on. I'm a pretty upbeat person and don't associate with negative people. I am a tomboy, I love to shoot my bow, I enjoy fishing, I like going up to my roommates family farm and feeding all the animals and riding quads. I'm new to this and it's kind of awkward, but I'll be open minded to new experiences. For a first date I like to keep it traditional. Either drinks or out for dinner. Conversations during the first date are always my favorite. I love the days of getting to know one another and the endless hours of conversation.
