It's definitely been a big shock and needless to say I have been trying to rebuild my life here including my social life.. The things I used to do for "fun" in TX are not available here in MS so I'm up for trying different things. He is the one who brought me out to TX originally but our marriage fell apart in 09 when he just pcould not deal with reality anymore... he is a disabled veteran who happened to serve in Iraq while I was at home pregnant with our first daughter... I was in one relationship since him and it's the one that just ended which is the reason for my move back to MS. It has definitely helped being around family and old friends during this time and I've really appreciated it since I had no family out in TX.What I would love is to find someone who actually knows how to treat a woman.. someone who is good with children and doesn't mind spending time with them. A man with a good head on his shoulders with the ability to be a great leader... but a leader must also be someone that can be trusted. Hi! Well... here it goes, a little about me... For starters I do own my own business so I do work a lot and spend a lot of time doing what I love! I have fun doing pretty much anything! I enjoy volunteering, good conversation, a good cup of coffee, walking, exercise, yoga, playing with my dogs (I have two & one cat), going out with friends, shooting pool and meeting new people. Typical normal stuff, I imagine. I enjoy working out and I do at least ***days a week. I started training in MMA at the beginning of the year and have become a little addicted to it. I like to do 5ks/8ks when my schedule allows. I don't like stress in my life and have worked very hard to get rid of it and keep it away. Life is to short to deal with stress/drama when you don't have to, so I don't. I love to laugh and have a good time but I can be serious when I need to. I am one of those people who are really happy with their life and it would be great to find someone who is also happy with their life. I would like to find someone who is comfortable in their own skin. Someone who is going to challenge me in a positive way. Someone who is funny, kind, honest, and enjoys life! At this point I am looking to start a relationship and see where it goes. Honesty and communication are two important factors that I look for in any relationship. I am looking to start a long term relationship but I move slow. I was married for 9 years, moving slow for me is a good thing in order to build a solid relationship. I will mention that I am way to busy to play games, chase someone, be crazy or easy. With that said, I have a life, it would be nice to find someone who can fit into my life and I can fit into theirs....hopefully that makes sense. I am into tattoos! I do get tattoo work done about 4-5hrs a month. I am over a year into a large piece that hopefully will be done in another year or so. Just throwing it out there because I know tattoos are not for everyone. And Cher, huge Cher fan!! I am a 33 yr old single, happily divorced mom. I have one child and that's all Im going to say about my child on here. My family and friends are very important to me and come first in my life and have always been there for me. I've been divorced for 12 years now. I've been through too much to let a man control me now. You only live once. In May of ***, I was diagnosed with AML(Acute Mylogenous Leukemia). I had 2 or 3 rounds of chemo and I went into remission right afterwards. And thanks to my only older brother, in October of ***, I was able to have a BMT(BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT). Without that, GOD only knows what might have happened to me. I am doing alot better now, even though I have my good days and bad days, but who doesn't? The docs down here still haven't released me yet but when he does then maybe I can start working or going to school. To tell you the truth, I'm not sure what I'm looking for on here. I guess someone who is nice, funny is def a plus, not into playing headgames, not the jealous type. I'm also not looking for any one night stands or booty calls, If I wanted that I wouldnt need to put an ad on here to get it. Yes I have been through alot in my life, but i wont bore everyone with details on what. Anyway thats all for now and the rest is on a need to know basis and if I think you need to know, then I might tell you, depends on how nice I'm feeling....just kidding.
