Honest and mutual respect is a must.My hobbies include reading, spending time with family and friends, random chats with my mates about anything (serious or silly), cinema/ films, being outdoors, walking, sunny days, diy, history and old machinery and growing veg. This might sound geeky to some but it does mean I am more than capable of putting flatpacks together and shelves up to rebuilding engines. I renewed my bathroom myself last year so I'm quite happy with a bit of plumbing too.I live alone, own my own house, have a car and am seeking that special person to complete it....is it you ?- lets be realistic)My "Other Pets" are ***Budgie's, Goldfish (in a tank) & 10 Chickens (no****rel, dont want to get woken up at dawn every morning!).My choice in music is varied, from ***'s through to the current stuff in the charts, I listen to the radio, normally either on heart, town ***or kiss fm.I must add that I am not, nor ever have been a clubber so if your into going out every weekend I'm not the one for you. I also dont have the need to get drunk just for the hell of it. Whats wrong with a DVD and takeaway or playing on the wii ? Also quite happy chilling out just reading with a cuppa.Things I am unlikely to do...Go to a football match - I'm not against playing it just bores me watching, I prefer motorsport.Dress up in costumes, i.e. Halloween - this is a American tradition not British. Also people who refer to a school disco as PROM !!Dancing - I have 2 left feet so not a talent.I have worked on the railway as a shunter for the past 13 years and my job is shift work so not great for everyone I know, but 8 hour shift with 6am, 2pm & 10pm changeovers also has some advantages ! (Get to have 5 days off in a row every 4 weeks:)) Meet for drink somewhere to talk and to get to know each other better or a walk along the seafront ?The cinema is just cheating.....we are not 15 ! ;)
