About Me

Swimming is a big part of my life. I started swimming competitively when I was 5 and swam through college. I am currently coaching a youth team and training for the swim leg of a Half Ironman relay. I enjoy playing soccer, rock climbing, and am willing to try most any sport. Baseball, ice hockey, and football, especially college, are my favorites to watch. I love being outdoors. Cooking is a passion of mine and I enjoy cooking for people. Theatre is something I love and holds a special place in my heart. My nieces and nephews are my world, even though I live across the country from most of them. I get to be the cool Aunt that sends packages and surprises them on holidays. I love animals and grew up on a small family farm. I currently have a black lab and 2 cats.Random fact about me ... I use to be a firefighter & loved it. Something active and outdoors if the weather cooperates. I'm a competitive person by nature so if it involves a competition I'm there. I like being creative and different with my dates, not just my first but all of them. New adventures when you're getting to know someone are the best.
