I'm a pretty simple girl. I believe that everything happens for a reason; the good and the bad. Overall, I have a laid back personality.If you can make me laugh, then we will get along just fine. I am the most random person you will ever meet in your life. I am sarcastic and have a sense of humor. I work hard and I am very independent.I love spending time with my friends;I rarely get to see many of them because they all moved away,but they make up a huge part of my life. My family is small, but they are awesome. I have been through hell and back in my life, but I am both a survivor and fighter. I have to thank both my friends and family for making me who I am today. I am a bit mature for my age(always have been) and attribute that to how I was raised. I have a good head on my shoulders, and know what I want out of life.I love to watch the Steelers, occasionally, the Pens, and I will go to a Pirate game at PNC just to enjoy the ball park, but to tell you the truth, I 'd rather cheer on the Phillies. I'm a city- chic, but I like the country too. I listen to all kinds of music, country, rock,a little bit of everything.I like to read and read often. I'm a girly-girl, but definitely not high maintenance. I love to travel, and if money/time weren't a factor, I would travel a lot.Other than that, I'm just looking for an adventure;always trying to let my hair down and just be myself.     To start out, I’m a really hard worker. If I want something I am going to work hard to get it. I think that working towards things is a great way to build character and it just makes the obtainment of whatever you are working towards all that much better. I am seeking a degree in Special Education with an academic concentration in English. I have a few things that I am thinking about getting my masters degree in but that is something that I will be waiting a while to do. After earning my degree I plan to move to Europe and teach English for a while. I may also spend some time in Southeast Asia doing the same thing. Though they have their moments just like everyone else, they are quick to forgive. Life should be enjoyable and children live more in the moment than most adults do. I have a passion for reading and a vivid imagination. Reading is something that I love to do; I find that it is a great way to relax. Fantasy novels are probably my favorite right now; though I am leaning a little more towards the dystopian genre lately. I like the escape a book can provide from everyday life. I do appreciate the classics as well, Wuthering Heights and Persuasion. A separate peace and the lord of the flies are a couple of my favorites. I also like Shakespeare.I like to cook and trying out new recipes is fun. I'm not really into sweets, BUT brownies are my weakness. Some of my favorites just for fun. My favorite color is green. My favorite number is 4, don't ask me why it just is. Favorite smells, fresh cut grass, I LOVE THAT!!, cinnamon, dill, and fresh baked cookies.I am an easy going person and I love to laugh, if you can make me laugh we will have a lot of fun. One other thing about me. I am genuinely a kindhearted person, almost to a fault. I'm too nice and a lot of people tend to take advantage of that. I am working on releasing my inner b*tch. haha! Just kidding. Maybe. ;) Just to clarify the under 5' part, I am 4' 11" and a quarter inch, yes I am pretty short and I am comfortable with it. How about something fun?! Surprise me.
