About Me

I love the outdoors, and the summertime. I enjoy fishing, camping, and pretty much anything out and about with my dogs or my friends. I am a social butterfly and enjoy meeting new people. I just bought a house in November ***, and I absolutely love it. It was my official mark of me being able to say I have worked hard, accomplished a lot, and it is my reward for hard work. If you dream of something, you have to work hard to get it.That being said, I have my life together. I have a job I enjoy, and I am looking for someone who is as steady as I am. Someone with a goal, and a dream. Someone with direction. I am not looking for a one night stand. I am looking for a person who I can talk to, have things in common with, and still respect the differences between us. I have "Children".... My dogs and cats. They are my fur-babies and I wouldn't trade them for the world. If you want to be with me, you have to love animals. I have a soft spot for shelter pets. All of my animals have come from a shelter, and I also foster animals that are over-looked, and are on the PTS list. My kitties all posses my personality traits, including lovable and they love to cuddle. =) I also have my two dogs.I am an independent person, but I absolutely love to share my life with others. I love music and play 6 ***, and I LOVE to sing. It is the biggest stress-relief around! I generally listen to country music. It tells a story, and everyone has a story. There is a song for every mood. I listen to everything, and I have respect for all kinds of music, from jazz, to death metal, but always come back to country. There is a lot more about me, and if you want to know, just ask. I'm an easy-going person and do not need to be being taken out to fancy restaurants.. I am the kind of girl who just finds enjoyment in another's company. I would prefer doing something more laid back where we can actually talk and get to know each other. I don't think first dates should be the dinner and movie cliche. Frankly, lets grab take- No distractions, just two people seeing if we are compatible to do it again!

    Seriously, this is not as easy as it looks! I do not do a very good job talking about myself, but I'll see if I can catch your eye. My age is posted, so is my town. Let's see, you know I have kids, but how about the fact that family is a big part of my life? Yes, that's right, after I had someone very close to me pass away I made sure to be there for those I love. My life is pretty go-go-go with the kids, but it's missing one thing--someone to curl up with on cold nights like we've been having this winter. Really I'm hoping to find someone who has a kind heart, good with kids, and will just say something to see if it makes me blush (yes that is very possible). I think the best relationships are built on trust and honesty (along with a variety of other things along the way).Very few turn offs but a bad attitude, police record, drug use, smoking, and bad teeth are high on that list. If you are married/separated/in the middle of a divorce or hung up on a past relationship....not my thing, I don't want to sound harsh, but have had a few bad experiences!Not very much makes me squirm, but fish and seafood are a HUGE one for me. Same with heights. Now you know I love my family and have two fears, tell me yours....
